Alex panted heavily as she ran over the paths with heavy footsteps. She was exhausted from all the running but she couldn't stop, she had to continue. The thoughts of the shadow following her gave her an adrenaline rush and with renewed strength she continued.
"You know you can't hide from me." The anonymous voice echoed through the maze, sending unconditional shivers down Alex's spine. Her energy was slowly running out, but there was no possibility for her to stop. Who knows what this thing could do to her.
