Lakes was just like every other 4th grader. Except he wasn't. He had a crippling alcohol addiction and he wasn't ashamed. But how could this happen? You'll see

December 21st 1991 Lakes was supposed to be in reading class but instead he was in the bathroom with his two friends Dan and Bean drinking a bottle of Jack Daniels each and laughing like they've never laughed before. But they have, every single day they did this, but their teacher didn't know or care. 4th grade was harsh on the boys and Lakes just wanted to fit in and was peer pressured into this daily.

After elementary, Lakes met the love of his life, Rebecca Oppenheimer. She was beautiful, smart, and kinda ugly. They hit it off instantly and Lake introduced her to the wondrous world of Alcohol. This took a tool on her bigger than what was noticeable at the time.

A few years later the boys and Rebecca get put into jail for underage drinking. 9th grade was harsh on the boys. Halfway through the drive home from the jail 5 months later, Lakes mother finally started talking. "I just don't know what to do with you Lakes, you had me fooled, I thought you guys were good kids" "I'm sorry mom I thought you would support any decision I made but apparently not". The rain tapped on the window louder than ever as Lakes slumped in his seat, eager to get back to him and his friends club house. "Don't you ever think that maybe you have more potential than being a weird drunk guy?" His mother asked, not expecting and answer.

Six years later, Lakes and Rebecca are married and drunker than ever. Lakes just got back from a day with the boys when Rebecca asks him a question he's been avoiding since he dropped out of school. "Don't you ever think about quitting, Lakes?" "WHY WOULD I QUIT I HAVE A PERFECT LIFE GOODNIGHT" He slammed the bedroom door, breaking of a hinge.

The next day Lakes and Rebecca are arguing in the kitchen like normal until Rebecca blurts something out which she didn't mean to. "I want us to quit so that I can have a baby!" Silence fills the air as Rebecca's sweat trickles down the escalator they have going down the the living room. "I'm going to my room" Lakes stammers in a silly but serious manner.

That night, Lakes lies awake in bed as he thinks about what his ugly and dumb wife said. Then, he makes a decision that will change the course of his life forever.

The next day, Lakes is with the guys at their usual hangout spot as Lakes suddenly breaks the news "I'm quitting alcohol". Dan tries to reason with him politely "PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T QUIT ILL DO ANYTHING" His hands start sweating an ungodly amount (Its a condition). "Please don't quit its the only thing we have in common! 😢" Bean states while a single tear rolls down his cheek.

Later at home, "HONEYYYY" Lakes screams, "Yes dear?" "I quit alcohol today so we can have a baby!" "My goodness that's amaz-" Just then, Rebecca's stomach starts enlarging. She was pregnant. "I also have some more news dear!" Lakes says excitedly. "We're moving to LA!" "YEYYYY" The three of them yell out.

The next morning, they are at the airport when Rebecca opens her big fat mouth and says "I'm so excited for LA dear 🤭" Lakes frowns "Honeyyy I only got two tickets" Rebecca frowns, sighs, and gives birth. "What should we name him?" Rebecca says frowning "Robert, Robert Oppenheimer"

Lakes and Robert hop on the epic plane and buckle up. Just then, Robert says his first word "Fortnite." "Omg I love you son" Lakes stammers in excitement.

When they get to LAX they take a Taxi to their new home. But when they get there, they make a shocking discovery...
