Set in modern day, in a world where war economy reached the civil market and put down it's roots, creating a new society. Society of potential killers with military training and reasonless hatred, where price of human life could be negotiated.

A group without traditional values, morals, ideologies, religions, ethnicities, genders and else... in control of people. They set the rules for weaker ones and punish them, they give them tags and assign them to groups they consider would be any beneficial for themselves.
