Rose came out, and saw Elijah dead. She widened her eyes and felt relief flow through her. The man she had been running from for 500 years was finally dead.... for now. Rose was finally free; without even thinking she quickly sped away, leaving Damon, Stefan, Elena and Agneta alone.

"Well. That was quite a show you both put on," Agneta said, making herself known.

"Look Agneta, we're sorry about Elijah. I know he meant a lot to you," Elena said, sounding sympathetic.

Agneta smiled lightly as she looked at Elijah's dead body.

"It's fine. After a few centuries, you start to grow tired of the same people," Agneta replied, before looking over at the Salvatore brothers. "Well, if it isn't the saviors... you boys are always to the rescue, uh?"

"When it comes to you too... always," Stefan said.

"Are you back for good?" Damon asked, taking a step forward.

"To soon to tell yet, but for now.... yes," Agneta replied.

"It's good to have you hear, I've missed you," Stefan smiled, pulling his best friend back in for a hug..... Agneta tensed up by his touch but it quickly went away when she realized how much she really missed him.

"I've missed you too," Agneta whispered.

"Neta," Damon called with a smirk forming. " Did you miss me, as well?"

Agneta turned to face him.... with coldness in her eyes.

"No," Agneta said.

The two stared at each other.... Damon was trying to win her over, but Agneta wasn't having any of it. Instead, she was looking him up and down; seeing that the early 2000s looked good on him.... which tugged at her heart a little. Stefan could see how upset she was, and knew she wouldn't forgive his brother any time soon for the heartbreak he caused to her along time ago; at least not in this century.

"Now why are you two here.... Oh no," She goes to say but instantly knew the real reason... seeing as it dawned upon her.

"What?" Elena asked.

"You guys are the definition of an idiot, it's like 1864 all over again," Agneta frowned.

The brothers knew she was right, but only glared at her.... hoping Elena didn't hear.

"I-uh you guys should probably leave, I have to clean this up," Agneta said, looking down at Elijah.... not looking forward to their conversation later.

"Okay, afterwards you should come over; I wanna catch up," Stefan replied, which caused Agneta to nod.

Damon and Agneta shared a look...

Agneta sat in front of the fire place, while Stefan poured them a glass of bourbon

Agneta sat in front of the fire place, while Stefan poured them a glass of bourbon... she fumbled with her hands, regretting leaving her brother behind.

"Where were you before you were kidnapped?" Stefan asked.

"I was up in Massachusetts," Agneta mumbled, biting her lip.

"Still? I remember visiting you a few years ago there.... if I would've known you were still there I would've visited more," Stefan said, sipping his drinking while handing Agneta hers.

"It's quiet up there, and I like being alone," Agneta smiled softly.

"Is that cafè still there?" He asked, remembering how she took him there and they sat by the window and talked for hours.

"Yes, and it's still the best place around," Agneta replied.

Stefan smiled lightly before turning to stare at the fire, missing the company of his best friend.... all was well until Damon walked into the parlor shirtless, grabbing Agneta's attention; quickly causing her face to turn red.

"You know, it's been a very long day. I think it's best I leave and go stay at a hotel," Agneta mumbled, standing up and pretending to yawn.

"Don't be serious, you can stay here! We have plenty of room; and just to be safe you can sleep in the spare room next to mine," Stefan smiled, trying to get her to stay.

Agneta appreciated what Stefan was doing, and it warmed her heart a little; which resulted in her accepting his offer.

"Fine," She said, feeling Damon's eyes on her; she turned on her heels and walked around him....avoiding eye contact, she quickly spun around and looked over at Stefan. "Goodnight,"

Agneta walked slowly behind her new acquaintances, Caroline and Elena

Agneta walked slowly behind her new acquaintances, Caroline and Elena.... Elena was supposed to go to school but instead thought it'd be wise to visit Katherine.

"Tell everyone I wasn't feeling well, and Agneta was kind enough to take me home," Elena suggested to Caroline.

"I can't believe I'm agreeing to this," Caroline mumbled.

"Oh don't worry, Katherine can't do much but emotionally damage her," Agneta said, trying to make Caroline feel a little better.

"N-No you don't understand, I am a terrible liar," Caroline sighed.

"Just keep Stefan busy, I don't want him to know what I'm up to," Elena added, completely ignoring Caroline's statement.

"I'm even worse at duplicity, and you of all people should know this," Caroline frowned.

"Yeah, but I don't," Agneta said.

"You managed to keep me occupied when  Katherine paid Stefan a visit," Elena replied.

Agneta let out a small laugh...

"That's because she threatened me," Caroline declared.

Caroline's comment gave Agneta an idea, which resulted her in slamming the young vampire against a tree.

"Fine, then I'll threaten you. You either keep this secret or I will personally feed your mom my blood and turn her.... and while she's going through the transition of turning, I'lol be torturing you; while she begs for help," Agneta remarked, loosing her grip.

"W-what?" Caroline gasped out.

"You heard me and I heard you. The only way for you to keep this secret is if you are threatened," Agneta said, walking away from the young vampire.

Caroline looked from Elena to Agneta, wondering if this was the smartest idea.

"But... Stefan will see right through me," Caroline stated, trying to convince Elena.

"Sweetheart, Elena is obviously stubborn as hell; just like Katherine is.... but you can suck it up because Elena is going to be emotionally traumatized by Katherine, but in order to get the information she's looking for; this has to happen," Agneta declared.

Caroline sighed is absolute defeat.
