It's late December 2022, and Sarah is thirty-five to thirty-six weeks pregnant, so she is pretty close to the end. She recently had an appointment with her doctor, and her C-section is scheduled for the 5th of January 2023. Both John B and Sarah are internally freaking out in less than a month; they are going to be parents to not just one baby but three all at once. You would think they've had about eight and a half months to prepare, but can you ever be ready to raise three kids at once?
Sarah" Hey sweetie, what are you up to"?
John B" I thought I try to help you with your nesting process, so I just washed and dried all the girl's clothes, fold them, and put them in the draws for you.
Sarah" awe, thanks babe that would be such a great help. Can you believe they're almost here like we're about to be someone's mommy and daddy? Its wild isn't".
John B" Yeah it is, but I am also beyond excited, I can't wait to see my little girls.
Sarah" Don't you mean our little girls"?
JohnB" ok, our little girls"
Sarah" That's better."
It was Christmas Eve, and all the pages gathered together to celebrate with each other John B and Sarah hosted by having Golden Carral cater for them, so they had a nice spread for everyone to enjoy. There was so much laughter and joy in the room. Sarah shed a few silent tears out of pure love for her husband and found family and to think in a couple of more weeks, there would be three new members of the family coming, and everyone was excited for their arrival.
JJ" So my "boy John B you ready to be a dad'?
Pope" Yeah for real though are you ready"?
John B "well, I won't say I am not nervous, but it's more of an excited nervous, you know like I can't wait to hold my kids, but I am also scared I will mess up,."
Pope" I can understand that, but I think you and Sarah got this on lock. "
JJ" Yeah, your already two-hundred times better than my dad, so you're going to be just fine".
John b" thinks guys, that means a lot."
Kie" How you holding up mamma to be"?
Sarah" I am hanging in there, nervous as hell, though."
Kie" That's understandable. Your about to have three little girls to take care of. A sane person would be nervous, but your strong, Sarah". And you have your partner Val to help you in every way possible.."
Sarah, I know John B has been a godsend through this entire journey. I am beyond happy I chose him to be my life partner ".
Kie" You're very lucky indeed," I am thirsty. Want a drink"?
Sarah" Yeah, please, a bottle of water thanks".
Kie" No problem."
The party was over by ten as Sarah could barely keep her eyes open. JJ, Pope, and Kie stayed to help john b clean up while Sarah made her way to bed, drain from a great time. As john b climbed into bed around ten thirty and cuddled up behind Sarah, he could remember the last time he had such a great Christmas Eve and could wait for Christmas day and to give Sarah her gift he saved up for.
Christmas day started like any other day for the Routledge's Sarah unfortunately woke up with some intense back pain but chalked it up to everyday pregnancy aches; she was determined to enjoy her last Christmas with just her and John B. But around one in the afternoon, Sarah's back pain got worse, and the hot water pad was not helping at all. John b suggested that they go to the hospital just to get her looked at as he read that multiples can come early, but Sarah declined saying just to wait it out.
At about 5 pm, Sarah woke up with the need to pee, so she got up and went to the bathroom to do her business. As she sat on the toilet let and began peeing, she felt her bump start to cramp up really bad when she heard a loud splash into the toilet, she started panicking it could be it was to early but deep down she knew what was happing, so she screamed for John B.
Sarah" john b gets in here now !!!!"
John B "what's wrong honey"?
Sarah "my water broke our girls are coming ow ow "
John B" OK I will call 911, because I let jj barrow the tinkle.
Sarah "Ok hurry this really hurts."
Operator "911 what is address of your emergency "?
John B" hello I am john booker Routledge and my wife Sarah" s water just broke we need the ambulance now.
Operator "ok sir what is your address "?
John B" 8956 Hollen RD.
Operator" Ok sir help is on the way."
Hospital
Sarah was not set up in a private room waiting for Dr. Lopez to get there so she can perform the C-section on Sarah has been a warrior so far though out her labor John B could not be prouder of his women and the amazing job she is doing. It's not December 26 ,2022 and Sarah is on the operating table numb from the waist down while John b sits on the stole by her side holding her hand and whispering sweet noting's into her ear to keep her relaxed. And at 1:30 am Diana Alie Routledge made her present known by letting out a loud solid cry, ten minutes later her younger sister Keala Bethany Routledge and she was proceeded by Delilah Claire Routledge.
Sarah at this point was an emotional mess she was beyond over joyed her babies were here and health if there loud screaming was anything to go by John B was no better than his wife god how he loved this women and the beautiful gifts she gave him their girls he will forever be grateful for flipping over that chain and on to the ground where she helped him in more ways than she will ever know she showed him love and showed him there was more to life then chasing Tresure she grounded him and for that he will always love and cherish her.
