Have the date in the evening when its about to turn dark.
If you don't then that's fine too. But why have a tent set up at 9 AM?
1) Blow up an inflatable baby pool and take it outside.
2) Find a bunch of pillows, blankets, and a tent.
3) Set the tent up and put the empty inflatable pool in the tent. Then fill the pool with blankets and pillows.
4) Order Pizza, takeout, or anything that's not too messy and just casual. You don't have to order it. You could go pick it up yourself.
5) Pick a movie. Something you both will enjoy. Not a romance movie. Some guys might want to watch them but most won't. Find an old DVD player or laptop and put in your movie. Skip all the ads to the movie and pause it. Then bring the player/laptop out to the tent

6) Buy some candy, Popcorn, Icecream, and a few bottles of soda or juice. Then put the popcorn in the microwave and pop it. Then bring the stuff you bought and the food out to the tent.
