heii! recently i've been trying to get up at 5 AM because i had so much to study before the exam season. i kind of realised i feel much better throughout the day if i am here before the sunrise. but it's kind of hard to maintain, so i decided to make blog posts about it here to keep me accountable

✧*。what is the 5 AM club?✧*。
~ it's been coined as a term by robin sharma in his book "the 5 AM club," but to be honest, in many books i've read, the "success" narrative tends to be something i can't relate to. personally, i just want to feel good.
~ the gist of the "original" 5 AM routine is to take time for yourself for one hour before anyone else is awake and while it's still peaceful.
~ the first 20 minutes are to be for exercise, getting your cortisol levels as high as possible right after getting up.
~ the second 20 minutes would be for journaling, any kind of writing even.
