First Day at Campus

On 11/7/2023: I had a weird dream involving Tracy (my OC) and Reese. And long story short, that's how this AU came to be. Now, the dream's plot was more abstract and fast-paced, so this AU spun into its own fanfic story. I usually ship Roman/Tracy (Chase/Tracy as well) but Reese/Tracy isn't that bad of an idea either.

Tracy canonically came out as bisexual at age 21, but this AU just speeds up the early sapphic awakening ahead of schedule. Also this is Reese's "Miss Steal-Your-Girl" Multitasking Queen Era.

Centium City Community College

2016

"Shoot, I think I'm lost." Tracy grumbled to herself, attempting to find her class.

It's her first day at the local Community College (or as she silently dubbed it the 4Cs), and she didn't expect the campus to be so big! (and hilly)

That's to be expected when you forgot to join the campus tour because of a mission. Her mind silently scolded her tardiness.

In hindsight, trying to save the world while pursuing education part-time may not have been the best idea. But if the Elite Force aren't going to colleges, can't blame a girl for wanting to improve her life? Especially when you missed out 80% of a normal life because you spent the most of it as Krane's soldier.

It took her a lot of convincing for Mr. Davenport to even send her to college (because he said and Tracy quoted "She and the rest of the former Bionic soldiers were still a property of the Government" and that "the public aren't ready for Bionic humans to mingle with them yet") He gave in under one condition: no exposing your powers to your classmates/peers. I mean, Adam, Bree and Chase have done it before!

Granted, Chase is the 'Smartest Man Alive', so technically speaking she could have just bugged her friend/former mentor/former crush to teach her. But even he has his limits.

Tracy noticed a girl her age nearby. The girl was a bit taller than Tracy. She wore glasses, had shoulder length wavy hair and was wearing a stylish red jacket.

"Um hi, sorry to interrupt but do you know where Lecture Hall L107 is?" Tracy approached her, as the student turned around.

Tracy nearly did a double take when she saw the student's face. She looked quite similar to Roman, the features are nearly identical. Same gorgeous dark brown eyes, almost the similar shade of skin.

No, it's rude to project your most recent crush/the enemy onto this stranger!

"Are you ok? You zoned out there for a second." The older girl asked.

Holy smokes, even her voice is pretty!

"Yeah, I'm good. I was just caught off guard at how pretty you are." Tracy stuttered out, before covering her mouth. Why did I just say that? That's so uncool!

"Aww, you're so sweet." The older girl beamed at the compliment, dimples peeking through her smile.

Wow, even her smile is stunning...I could stare at that all day.

"I know where the lecture hall is, that's actually my next class! I could show you there if you want." The other student suggested.

"That would be amazing. Thank you, um..." Tracy flashed her a grateful smile.
