Sams POV

I began to enjoy my job. I looked forward to the last room on the left. The one with Gabe inside. I put my hair up faster, I pushed the trolly faster I walked faster just so I could spend more time with him. Our conversations were sweet but I could only spend about five minutes with him before I had to go.

One day, a couple of weeks after we'd first met I walked into his room to find a very different Gabe to them one i was used to. "Hello, mister how are you today?" I said cheerfully as i entered the room. There was no reply "I have your favourites!" i still hadnt looked up. There was still no reply. "Gabe?" Thats when i looked up. He was huddled in the corner facing the wall he was shaking and i saw a sight that made my stomach churn with worry. The floor around him was stained red.

I dropped everything i was holding and ran to him. I pulled him into a hug and he clung to me, snivelling and crying. I didnt speak i just held him, running my fingers through his hair, rocking us back and fourth, was it normal to be this close to someone new? Who cares he's in trouble! After ten minutes or so, Gabes breathing slowed down, back to normal. I slowly pulled away."Lets get you cleaned up." i stood up and pulled him up after me. I sat him down on his bed and went to get the first aid kit.

I gently tended to his wrists; horizontal slashes all the way up to his elbow. As i cleaned the wounds i told him it was going to be ok. I gently bandaged his arms up. "Im gonna call someone here and theyll look after you" He nodded slowly, he was looking straight ahead, not blinking and deathly pale.He was still trembling slightly and fat tears still ran down his face.

I rang the nurse beforeI sat down on the bed and pulled him into another hug. We stayed like that until the nurse came. She walked in the room, suprised at our position. I pulled away gently and led him to the door and to the nurse "come on gabe, lets have a little talk shall we?" he didnt say anything, just nodding ever so slightly. He walked off with the nurse, he looked behind once and i waved subtly and he dipped his head to acknowledge me.I hope he was going to be ok. I left the room and slowly finished my job.

A/N Hey, you. Yeah, you, oi, read this. Ok so i was wondering, do.you guys want every chapter with both of their POVs in it or just normal? I mean some are going to have both POVs anyway, i was just wondering if youd prefer all chapters like that? btw this is going to be a sad story with a twist.
