Chapter 1 - A normal day or so I thought

**mild swearing**

I woke up like any other Monday morning, tired, dont want to go to school, and FUCK YOU ALARM CLOCK. It's 6:05 in the morning on a Monday, I'm up before the sun, and I didn't sleep well last night, "today is going to be fun" she said as she rolled her eyes.

Ash got dressed in her school uniform, grabbed her backpack and started to walk to the bus stop. She got about half way, when she saw the bus pull up to the corner "WAIT" she yelled as she ran. The bus pulled away and she was left on the corner out of breath and legs throbbing.

"Stupid werewolf speed, wasn't fast enough" she mumbled to herself "today can't get any worse" out of nowhere the pitch black sky, turned more, well black. She looked up and clouds were rolling over the early morning, late night sky. The remaining stars in the sky from last night were getting covered by the dark clouds.

She felt like she knew what was going to happen next. The rain started. The rain fell down soaking the ground, the buildings and cars around her, and herself. At first the rain slid off her golden hair, now it's soaking it up, and she didn't bring a hoodie or umbrella, but she has her friend Daniels, football jersey that she needed to sew for him.

She ran under an awning and pulled it out of her bag. She put the backpack back on and put the jersey over her head, smushing her ears.

She finally got to the school and went to the auditorium to find her friends. Before she went through the door, she held the jersey in her hand.

"The stitching is holding up, but it's soaked" she thought "maybe i should go dry it off in the bathroom" she walked over to the girls bathroom and dried it under the hand dryer.

Once the shirt was dry and warm she went to the auditorium. She walked over to her friends, hair still dripping wet. "You should dry off," Lana said, pulling the towel she had to swim out of her bag. "Thanks" Ash took the towel and smiled, then dried her hair.

"So my jersey. Did you fix it?" Daniel asked impatiently "Yes" ash handed the jersey to him to Daniel "thanks, so much" he looked at it and put it on "it fits better than before" he explained "i loosened the shoulders" "thank you" daniel hugged her.

"Your welcome" ash said gasping for air "oh sorry" he let go and ash took a second to breathe. "It's fine," she said, still not being able to catch her breath.

"Is it just me that can't breathe" she asked "now that you mention it, it is kinda hard to breathe in here" jay answered Ash got light headed and fell back on daniel "ash, you ok" daniel asked. There was no answer. Daniel tried to wake her up until he himself passed out.....
