I woke up in Jace's room at the institute, I remember leaving mom's wedding with him because it was nearly midnight. I looked at the alarm clock and it was 9:47. CRAP. I was going summer shopping with Isabelle at 10:00!! Jace was still asleep so I left him a note.
Dear jace,
I have to go shopping with isabelle :( i will meet you at taki's at 1:00. Bring the rest of the gang with you, ( simon, alec and magnus).

I quickly got ready and met isabelle in her room.
" goodmorning clary, are you ready for us to go summer shopping!!" Izzy said excitedly.
" yeah, lets go" i said
" so clary where is the nearest mundane mall?" She asked.
" just follow me izzy" i replied.
Several stores later....
" there is no way in hell you are taking me in there" i said, while izzy was trying to drag me into a victorias secret.
" but jace will like it" she said
" ugh, fine" i said angrily.
She made me try on everything she saw, it was torture. We went back to the institute to get ready.
" okay so you are going to put on what say, otherwise, i will tell everyone, what we all know happened in that cave in edom." She said, smiling a cruel smile.
"Fine" i said.
I ended up in black jean short shorts that i objected to, and a dark blue crop top that had silver swirls on it. Whether i liked the outfit or not, i had to admit i looked stunning, with the light blue eye shadow, and dark red lipstick. My hair was tamed into soft waves which i love, it is better than my normal frizzy hair.
" jace's jaw is going to drop, trust me" izzy said, a bit overly confident.
