Nikola Jokic: Telling my father that I'm pregnant

Nikola Jokic POV:

I had no idea how this happened. First of all, I was using the birth control but there was no way of knowing that I was expecting a baby and yes, I took the pregnancy test and it turns out it had two lines. I'm pregnant and this is going to be the most challenging part that I have to go through. Anyways, all I have to do was to hide my face because I don't want to see my face right now.

Nemanja Jokic POV:

I heard my baby brother crying knowing that he gained extra pounds and I told him: Čuj, ne moraš više da se baviš Goranovim debaklom. Može da bude šta hoće, ali Strahinja i ja mu ne damo da stavi ruke na tebe i bebu. Možete biti samohrana majka i otac svojoj bebi, a mi ćemo biti bebi tetke/ujaci. Samo imajte na umu da ćemo biti tu za vas bez obzira na sve. (Listen, you don't have to deal with the Goran debacle anymore. He can be whatever he wants but Strahinja and I are not letting him put his hands on you and the baby. You can be a single mother and a father to your baby and we will be the baby's aunts/uncles. Just bear in mind that we will be there for you no matter what.)

Strahinja Jokic POV:

If there's anything happen between Nikola and the baby. Guess what? Nemanja and I'll be with them in every step of the way. Nikola is my baby brother and I love him so much. Me and Nemanja will be there 24/7 and we can do what we can to make sure he and the baby will have a healthy life. Although, I've been thinking about what we could do just in case he goes in labor. Me, Tata, Mama and Nemanja can help with the birth.

The first thing Nikola did was to tell Branislav about what had happened, it was a shocker to Branislav because Nikola admitted to his father that he was pregnant. He was telling him that he was sorry and didn't mean this to happen.

Nikola Jokic: Žao mi je tata, nikad nisam mislio da se ovo desi. (I'm sorry dad, I never meant this to happen.)

His father came to him and gave him a hug. Nemanja and Strahinja were there with them along with their mother. Somehow, they wanted to make sure that everything was going to be alright. They'll figure something out together once they get back home to Sombor.

Branislav Jokic: zapamti da ćemo tvoja mama, tvoja dva starija brata i ja biti tu za tebe bez obzira na sve. Osim toga, srećan sam što ću biti deda. (remember that your mom, your two older brothers and I will be there for you no matter what. Besides, I'm happy that I'm going to be a grandfather.)

He smiles knowing that his father was there to support him even though it was tough at first. However, he was very happy to have a support system created by his two older brothers and parents themselves.

Nemanja Jokic: Znaš, da možemo da se vratimo u prošlost, toliko bismo se zabavili zajedno Nikola. To će biti u redu. Još uvek možemo imati unutrašnje dete. (You know, if we could go back in time, we would have so much fun together Nikola. It will be alright. We can still have an inner child.)

Strahinja Jokic: Nemanja je u pravu! Učinićemo sve što možemo da uživamo u zajedničkim životima i siguran sam da bi beba volela da vidi svoju mamu kako igra u NBA. (Nemanja's right! We'll do what we can to enjoy our lives together and I'm sure the baby would love to see his/her mommy play in the nba.)

Nikola Jokic: e znam šta bih da nije bilo tebe. Mislim da je sve moja krivica što sam to sebi uradila. (I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for you. I mean it was all my fault that I did it to myself.)

Nemanja Jokic: Ništa od ovoga nije tvoja krivica, to je Goranov gubitak, ne ti. Može da bude šta god hoće, ali ne dozvoljavam tom kretenu da stavi ruke na tebe i bebu. (None of this was your fault, that's Goran's loss, not you. He can be whatever he wants but I'm not letting that prick put his hands on you and the baby.)

Nikola Jokic: Hvala svima! (Thanks guys!)

Nemanja Jokic: Nema na čemu mali brate. (You're very welcome little bro.)
