You may think how can issei unlock his arua even tho he's not a dragon and that's because he's part dragon but also because he has the boosted gear but also because of his bow as it resonated with his power boosting it even more

Now for his arua it has two porosities

the healing flame able to heal wounds and regrown limbs

And second they insanity flame if used on a enemy's the go insane and burn themselves alive

A/N okay so I'm not gonna to be using issei arua to much as he is already overpowered but I also want my fights to have steaks so it's a last ditch effort but the healing might get used more often but I haven't decided yet
