Love?

"Please don't leave me (y/n)..." Is all you remember from the last time you saw Lucy. She had to leave from what she was. A diclonius..

She told you that she was born to put an end to the world you lived in, and she had to kill you too. It was hard for her to do this, and she couldn't handle her powers or vectors as a diclonius as she used too when she was younger since she's growing older and stronger....

You walked the lonely streets of Kamakura,"(y/n)!!!! (Y/n)!!!" You hear a faded voice from a distance. You then saw something run from a distance toward you. It was a little girl. A little girl named Lucy that you were best friends with from when you were both younger,"(Y/n)!! Look at the puppy I found!!" You remembered her saying that as you thought of all of this.

"Whoa!!!" It's cute!!" You remember you saying as you went up to the puppy, and pet it. You then shook your head trying to forget, but the memories just kept messing with your mind. Later on she told another girl about the puppy, and the other girl decided to tell the bullies of the orphanage we were all in.

And after that the bullies killed her puppy in front of Lucy's eyes. Lucy then killed everyone in that room that day as you stood peaking behind the door of the once clear room that was now filled with blood, and gore scared. She walked out of the room, and saw you there afraid, and frightened. She then walked closer to you with Crimson blood all over her, and hugged you.

You was kinda frightened at this, but you were less comfortable as usual when she gave you hugs other times since this as a bad time,"It's alright.." Lucy said as she stroked your hair,"I'll protect you..." She then stood there silent, and added,"Will you be my puppy?" She asked.

You looked her in the eye to see that she was serious, and you told her,"Sure if it makes you feel better."

"Okay thank you." She warmly cooed. You smiled knowing that she felt a little better from the way she said it.

You blinked a few times, and shook your head trying to forget. And then your memory faded away then. You sighed feeling relieved, and you walked the lonely street feeling comfortable than before. You walked down to the shore, and you stroded down there. You saw people in the distance, then stopped, and lingered there wondering what they were doing.

You then slowly walked closer to hear what they had to say. They were talking about some mysterious girl coming out from the water,"I tell you the truth!!! I'm not lying!!!" One man said.

"How can we believe you!" One woman shouted.

"Because I saw her too as I was taking a midnight stroll!!!" Another woman exclaimed as her husband held her close. You then backed up away from them not wanting to know who or what they were talking about. You then turned the other direction from the crowd, and ran away into town to go to your house.

Once you arrived at your house you stopped at the gate, and opened it. Then you walked in, and shut it. You walked to your front door, got out your key, and unlocked it. After you unlocked it you slid open your sliding door. You walked in then slid the door shut. You sighed as you walked to the kitchen to make some food.

You got in the kitchen, and then got out some rice. You turned on your oven, and poured your rice in a pan. You put the pan full of rice on top of the oven to let it heat up.

You then heard something walk across the hallway behind you startling you. You quickly turned around, and backed up to see nothing there. Just the clock was ticking as time went by slowly. The clock was ticking back, and fourth as you then heard it make a louder sound making you know it's at another hour.

You just shook your head back, and fourth forgetting what happened. You then shrugged your shoulders, and walked out into the hall making sure nobody broke into your house. You turned to your right, and walked down the hallway making sure no one was there.

Then you felt a hand rest against your shoulder. You could feel his or her cold breath on the back of your neck making a shiver crawl down your spine causing you to shiver. This scared you, and you took a big gulp lifting your head up a little slowly shutting your eyes knowing that the person behind you could possibly kill you. The person behind you quickly turned you around, and pulled you closer to their body. Then both of your chests, and waists were touching. The person pulled you into an embrace making you not see their faces,"I'm so glad your doing fine." You heard the mysterious person say as they strokes your hair. It sounded like a girl. You looked up a little to see her have short red hair.

"W-who are yo-." You then looked up to see it was Lucy. Lucy from when you was a kid. You heard the timer for the oven go off as your were in shock she was back. You quickly hugged her tight as she done the same,"I'm so glad your back Lucy!!" You exclaimed shedding a tear from how happy you were that she was back. You then pulled away from the hug as she done the same. You massaged her shoulders, and added,"How did you find me?"

She looked at you with her crimson red/ pink eyes, and said,"I just searched all over town for you, and I saw you walking down the street."

"Oh...." You then quickly turned your head away from her, and blushed. You've been wanting to say this for a long time from when both of you first met. You placed your hands away from her shoulders, and put them at your sides. You took a deep breath, and gulped,"I know this might sound weird...... But ...... I-I love you Lucy." You twiddled your thumbs while saying this, and you had a tint of pink on your cheeks from you blushing.

She widened her eyes at this,"L-Love?" She stuttered,"W-What is love because .....I've never ..... experienced it....."

You stopped twiddling your thumbs, and extended your hand out to hers. You then grabbed her hands gently, and held them,"It's an intense feeling of deep affection. It's like lust. When you have a deep romantic attachment to someone." You told her in a soft voice.

She looked at you then put on a sad face,"Warmth, and love..... I'm the one who took everything away from you (y/n)......"

"No... You have everything to me now I need to return the favor." You said as you hugged her making her speechless. You then stroked her hair, and felt her horns.

Lucy looked up at the ceiling while you hugged her warmly, and said,"(Y/n)... You are a happy dream in a life that's been nothing but a hellish nightmare... Those days that I spent with you, they were the only good days I have ever known. I cherish them. All this time, I've lived in hope of telling you how sorry I am. I fought armies just to have this chance. But now... There's nothing I can say that's good enough."

"Lucy..." You said in sorrow,"Everything that you say might not be good to you, but it will always be good to me. As long as your here I'll be happy."

Lucy then looked down at you, and shed a tear making her tear fall onto your cheek. She unhooked her hand with yours, raised her hand to your face, and wiped the tear off your face replacing it with a deep kiss. She kissed you for sometime as you kissed back happily. Both of you then parted after some time trying to catch some breath,"(Y/n)." Lucy told you.

"Huh? What is it?" You asked her.

"I.... I...... I love you.... I'll do anything to protect you even if it means risking my own life for you." She looked you in the eyes meaning every word she said.

"I love you too, and will risk my life for you too.." You smiled at her then with her just stroking your (hair color) silky hair. You could smell from the kitchen that your rice was already burn't by now. You then added,"Will you live with me Lucy?"

She looked at you making sure you wasn't kidding, and you wasn't. "Are you sure? I'm.... I'm a monster.."

You lifted your hands up to her cheeks, and held them there,"I'm positively sure, and your not a monster. Your a normal human being just like every one of us."

She looked at you with care in her eyes then finally said,"I would love to live with you (Y/n)..."
