IT was a hot summer day anyone who would walk outside would probably come back 10 shades darker.
Myeong defeatedly sat on her bed scrolling through past messages with her friends soon opening their instagram stories to see them in boats and cruises or just enjoying life while she sat at home envious.
Of course she was happy her friends got a break I mean they deserved it but something in her was still upset, wether it was the fact no one tried contacting her since schools closed, or that she was bored all alone.
After a few minutes of multiple sighs and jealous pouts she decided to finally leave to get the food her mom sent her to get.
She put on her favourite shoes, crocs which her boyfriend had gotten her a few months prior as they walked around the beach.
Her boyfriend had always been the sweetest just distance she met him as she went to see her brother in South Korea.
That's right Myeong lived in another country more specifically, Canada. She obviously loved her home country but she often wished for more adventure and in a country such as Canada there wasn't much.
After multiple months she had convinced her parents to let her move to another country for university such as her brother.
She wanted to go to Australia really badly but her parents decided to let her move to South Korea for a year to see how she would manage, she already spoke Korean anyways.
As Myeong was deep in thought her mother opened the door, "Myeong, please don't forget to buy the food I sent you for" the lady reminded.
She nodded as she took a handbag and tied up her hair getting mentally prepared as well. Myeong was an ISTP not too shy and not to outgoing just in between it really depended who she was with.
Finally she left the house and began to drive her fathers car, arriving at the store.

As she showed them the product she uses she heard a light knock, it wasn't just any knock though that was a familiar knock and she smiled to herself as she thought of it.
"I'll be right back guys" Myeong announced before pausing the live, "Come in!" she added as she continued to rub in the product.
At the door stood her boyfriend a beaming smile pressed onto her face and flowers in his hands. "Shotaro?" She questioned in disbelief as she ran to the boy and engulfing him in a hug.
The boy soon picked her up and started spinning her around before kissing her lovingly. 'I missed this' she thought as she continued to hold him tight.
After a few seconds of the sweet reunion she stared at him still in shock.
"What are you doing here?" she asked as she looked at him longingly.
"I had to come visit you and because I have a surprise for you" he responded as he walked her over to her bed sitting down while he basically dived onto the comfortable bed.
"I forgot how comfortable your bed is" he said lowly as his face was stuffed into the pillow.

"So what you're saying is that your friends along with my brother want me to come and spend the summer with them?" she asked suspiciously
"Yeah basically it would be really fun like look at this place" he showed his girlfriend the image of the holiday home.
She would be lying out of her ass if she said it didn't seem beautiful or exciting. "It's beautiful" she mumbled as the male beside her nodded.
"We even have a group to plan it, let me add you" he told her taking her phone lightly and putting in her phone password.
Her password was simple it was the birthday of the person on her wallpaper her boyfriend, "I love the fact we have matching passwords".
He added the female to the group using his phone and made sure she was added in her phone soon giving her the phone back.

"So can I go?" the young adult asked her parents. "Are you sure your brothers going?" her father asked getting a rib cage jab from his wife.
The girl quickly nodded as she sipped on the slushy she had bought previously, laying her head gently on her lap to rub her eyes.
"I don't see the harm in you going i guess, sure" the Lee mother accepted, "Thank you so so much, also can i go to Shotaro's place for tonight?" she asked her parents after kissing both their foreheads.
"Okay stay safe though" her dad replied before increasing the news channel's volume once again.
The girl took this as her sign to flee the home taking her backpack and packing a few pairs of clothes along with one set of pyjamas.
Shotaro lived in South Korea but as his family knew how much he adored his girlfriend they rented out a 2 room apartment for him whenever he visited.
