As Leilly ran as fast as she could through the tunnel, she felt her foot fumble, and she tripped. She looked at her foot. It was fine, but OHNO! She had stepped on a Duplips. She picked it up to make sure it was fine but it didn’t move, “Ohno little Duplips are you alright” she said worrying, then it opened its eyes making a distressed noise. The cute little purple fluffy Duplips got up and left, fumbling away. “Fewfa.” the Princess said in relief, she continued down the tunnel. How long is this tunnel? It's not that dark, Leilly thought, she walked until it was so bright she could barely see. Then she stepped into a bright, beautiful, flower filled meadow.
“Wow! This place is beautiful, I've never been this far away from the kingdom of Rio before.” Leilly said delightedly, suddenly all the bushies were shaking. She turned around to see… Four beasts standing in fruit of her. These beasts were smaller than Kulu and the others, they were lighter colors, they looked gentler and softer, then the others, most surprisingly they looked scared of me! “Ummm-um um, please don’t kill us, you… whatever you are.” The tallest one in the front said, they were soft shades of purple covered in flowers that looked like they were parts of its body. “I wouldn't kill so will you not kill me?” Leilly said, “WHAT!!” a greenish blue on said it had a long weird tail and dragon fly like wings, “We don’t do that, ick that's terrible.” the purple one said, “oh ok but im nice I won't kill you.” Leilly said, “oo-k-k, I'm Lavender, the skittish one is Emerald, this is Cirrus, and the little one is monarch.” Lavender said a little nervous at first, “If you don't mind me asking what are you?” Cirrus said in a calm but serious tone, Cirrus was fluffy and soft looking like a cloud, she was blueish gray with some tan and white. “oh! I'm a Rena.” Leilly said, “what's a reno?” Monarch said, Monarch was orange and black with butterfly wings, and weird markings. She also looked very young. “oh, I’ve heard of you before, you're the people who live in the valley between the mountains.” Cirrus said, sounding kind of upset, “you mean the people who killed all the northern valley beasts!” Lavender said, what! Well Leilly had never heard that story before she didn’t even know there were valley beasts, Leilly thought, “you’re horrible! She is gonna kill us!” Emerald shouted, uh oh! I’m in trouble! Lelliy thought.
