The Beginning of the End

Hiii! This is my first story so it's not that good but here we go!

Annabeth's Pov:

It was the end of the battle, we deafeted the giants and put Gaea back to sleep. Me and Thalia were celebrating when I decided to look for Percy. I couldn't find him any where when I heard a voice. "A-Annbeth?" I turned around to see Percy lying there, he was severely hurt.

"PERCY!" i ran towords him, he had a dagger in his heart and I knew it was the end. "Percy?.....Please don't leave me...." I pleaded. "i-I'm sorry Wise girl" he said with tears in his sea green eyes. "You can't leave me Percy.... remember our plans on moving to New Rome? A-and going to college?. "I'm sorry Annie....I have to go, I hope you find some one else"."No,NO PERCY PLEASE!! DON'T LEAVE ME!!" I yelled with tears in my eyes. Percy took his last breathe and closed eyes.

I kissed his forehead. I carried his body to camp. "Hey Annie! What's up?" Thalia asked me. I didn't answer."why what happened-" she didn't finish her sentence when she saw Percy's body. "Oh Annie I'm so sorry-""it's okay, it's not you're fault". She placed his body with the rest of the campers, but I know that he was not like them. The gods were there, they were awarding their children on winng the war. When Athena saw me I just walked to my cabin.

The gods and all the other demigods entered the room to give my gift, when they saw Percy's body they were shocked.

I was still sobbing.

"Annabeth-" Athena was trying to say when I stopped her

"Don't speak to me"

I pushed all the gods out of my cabin and left only the demigods.

Frank, Hazel, Piper, Leo, Jason and Nico came up to me with tears in their eyes

"Annabeth, we know it hurts"
Frank exclaimed

"I know, just leave me alone"
I said in a whisper

They left. I still didn't believe it, my Seaweed Brain, my Kelp Head and the love of my life was...gone. The things we planned, the love we shared just perished as if it was nothing.

I wil never forgive the Gods, they could've done something but they didn't. But who am I to judge? It's not like I could do anything....or could I?
