Dead End

It's almost a week since the two woman died at wala pa ring naituturong suspect ang mga pulis, and we have no choice but to solve it or else it will bring us more damage since hindi pa namin alam kung bakit may red dot na nagpakita noon. At simula nong gabing iyon ay hindi na rin ito nagparamdam.

"Shall we let the RIS to handle the cases?" Lex asked while reading her codals.

"We should, their performance is excellent. And we're busy right now, finals is near." Mohan said before handing me a glass of an iced vanilla milk.

I looked at Lex who's not looking at us and took the opportunity and kissed him on the cheek and whispered thank you to him. "Especially you two, rookies, should focus on your first final here."

"Layas na siren. Naglalandian pa yata kayo sa likod ko. Ano laban ko don?" I laughed at her.

"Uminom ka ng bear brand para may laban ka o kaya nescafe para may reason kang bumangon."

"Edi wow blah blah blah." She looked at me and rolled her eyes.

I heard Mon who's next to me manly chuckled. "What a bitch!" I exclaimed as Mon pulled me out of Lex's study room. Study dorm, rather?

He brought me to my study room and made me sit to my chair, in front of my study table. Today's the last day of the reading week here and obviously, tomorrow's the finals.

The university returned the online class policy but since it's reading week and final is the day after tomorrow so we didn't return to the casa.

"I'm sorry I can't prepare lunch for us, I'll just order, is that okay for you, baby?" I smiled and caresses his arm as he is back hugging me.

"I wonder where that galamay ng curse niyang amo went?" I sighed. He kissed the side of my head and told me that RIS is still looking for it.

My forehead knotted when he broke the hug and went in to my room. Pagkalabas niya ay may malaking brown shopping bag na siyang hawak at iniabot sa akin.

"Earlier, I hid this under your bed." He mean while I was in the bathroom while he was cooking for breakfast?

Though, confused, I take a look what's inside. My eyes widened when he took it out of the bag and that made me stood up and jump out of a glee.

I threw myself to him and he immediately put down the bag. "But it costs' around six hundred-eighty dollars." I pouted. I can feel my eyes shimmering upon glancing the titanic lego set.

"What my baby wants, my baby gets." He smiled before pressing his lips on my cheek. I placed my arm behind his head to press his lips more unto me.

He told he'll take the set with him so my focus on the finals wouldn't divert in other things. I whined and told him I would just build it on my free time.

"Promise! I wouldn't lo-" I was trying to defend my side when he... suddenly gave me a peck on the side of my lips... Though it was just a peck, yet my cheeks reddened and my heart beats like crazy. I can even feel the flying butterflies in my stomach. He never kissed me on the lips anymore ever since he started courting me.

I pouted, stoping myself to ask him for more. "Okay, manliligaw ko. . ."

"Thank you for coming with me, Gracycakes and Davidson. I really appreciate it. Especially that my brother didn't came home last night." Lily thanked and sneezed afterwards.

Gracycakes? Ew~

"Davidson?! Ew! David will do, even it sounds so manly." David grimaced at what Lily called her. Lily chuckled and I just remain watching them.
