I walk in and sit on a chair with Ashyr pressed to me.

"I'm sorry for making you all wait.." I say quietly. "It is no problem at all." Says an Alpha with jet black hair and light icy blue eyes. I meet his gaze and I feel a spark. His eyes widen as do mine. I've been told of this feeling. Of the sparks that happen when you find the one.

He is my mate.

"Could we ask all of your names?" Asks the blonde Alpha. I avert my gaze down. "I am Kelli." He says. He meets the gaze of the blonde-haired Alpha, and both of their eyes widen. Another mate pair. How is that possible? Us both finding them at almost the exact time?

"I'm Lia, and this is Luca. He cannot speak." She says. Next Beatrix speaks her name. All eyes are now on me. I look up slightly. "I-I am Everett. And t-this is Ashyr." I say quietly. "Very nice to meet all of you." Says my 'mate'.

"I am Killian, Alpha of the Eastern Pack." My mate says. Then Kelli's mate speaks. "My name is Riley, Alpha of the Western Pack." He says. The last to speak is a man with almost orange hair and pale eyes. "I am Orien. Alpha of the Northern Pack." He says.

"We are here to take each of you with one of us to our own packs. We have been informed of what your past is, and we are sorry that all of what you went through happened. Please except this offer." Orien explains.

I look to the others and we silently all agree.

"Alright." Lia says. "Each of you can choose who you want to go with. I do suggest that the two that have found their mates go with them." Orien says with a knowing smile.

I look over at Kelli and he looks back at me We nod to each other. I look to my mate to see him already looking at me. I nod to him, letting him know I choose him. He smiles softly. I take it Kelli did the same with his.

"I'll go with Kelli." Beatrix says. I smile towards her, knowing she cannot leave him. She looks to me sadly. I smile reassuring her it's okay. "Luca and I will go with the Northern Pack." Lia says.

"Alright. Since everyone has chosen, we will be leaving first thing tomorrow. We will make sure you all have everything you need." Riley says. Everyone begins exiting, Riley follows after Kelli as the others head back to their rooms. I stay sitting looking down to Ashyr happily.

I softly peck her forehead as she giggles. "Is she yours?" I hear a voice ask. I look up to meet Killian's gaze. "U-umm. Well yes. B-but I didn't g-give birth to h-her." I say. He nods. "Can I sit?" He asks. "Y-yes." I reply. He sits next to me, looking down at Ashyr.

"I am sorry you had to go through all that you did." He says in a soft voice. I look to him to find his gaze back on me. "It's n-not your fault. And, in a w-way, I'm glad I d-did." I say. He looks at me confused. I laugh lightly. "I mean, if I h-hadn't, I would not have m-met any of the others. Or Ashyr." I say, glancing to her.

He smiles softly. "How did you end up with this precious little girl?" He asks. "Well...she was one of the recent pups that were thrown into the locked room with us. There were others...but thankfully t-they got back to their families. She was not t-taken back because her...the people that gave birth to her, sold her." I explain.

He looks at the both of us sadly. "Are you hungry? We can go get something?" He asks. "Alright." I reply. We stand. Before we start walking, Killian turns to me. "May I carry her?" He asks. I hesitantly nod before handing her over. Here it comes...
