Who is the Backrooms C.E.O. ?

If you were to ask anyone who this man was, the question would seem easy to answer. However, the most powerful person in the current world of heroes is in reality quite the mystery. For all his notoriety and public presence, Izuku Midoryia is a careful man well hidden behind a masterfully crafted persona. 

To understand the person, you must follow back where his story started 200 years ago. He was second born of three siblings in the Shigaraki household. He was, with his older brother Hasashi Shigaraki one of the earliest human born with a meta ability and just like his eldest, his ability was immensely powerful.

He accidentally discovered his power at the age of 4 during a hide and seek game with his young brother Yoichi, where he wished into existence a good room to hide in. His power was to create and mold some sort of pocket dimension which he had complete control over. He could create access point from anywhere he wishes by creating doors who automatically blended with the environnement he was in.

Considered form a very young age an absolute genius with a record IQ of 145, he was chosen by their father to inherit their family company and vast business. This made his elder brother quite jealous, but for their father the choice was quite clear. Hisashi may be almost at the same level of intelligence, but he had a less then pleasant personality and mannerisms. He also suffered from a very big ego problem.

While Hisashi took mostly the personality traits of their father (good and bad ones), and Yoichi inherited the kind yet aristocratic traits of their mother, Izuku was blessed with the qualities of both. (Though he was not completely spared by the bad ones either.)

However, the middle brother disliked nothing more than petty conflicts and his elder's brother self imposed rivalry with him. Both become quite cold and distant with each other and Yoichi desperately tried to dissipate the constant passive-agressive relation of the two. It took them reaching 20-22 years old to finally bury the hatchet.

Izuku : This endless struggle is getting ridiculous Anuie, and I'm getting tired of it. We both know that you would have disliked taking over the family's bisness, as you are not found of following all the rules. Also please, you're not gonna try to make me believe you would have "suffered" through all those aristocratic shenanigans, no ?  

Hisashi : Of course not, but its a matter of principle.

Yoichi : Hisashi, please !

Izuku : We are not in 1860 Anuie, besides I will not keep everything for myself. You have more than the intelligence and might necessary to create something spectacular from scratch. You would have total freedom to bring it where ever you want, no heritage to hold your back. And if you were to ever find yourself in a difficult financial position, you only have to ask.  

Hisashi : *sight* You're right Otouto, this just getting us nowhere. Otosan was right, you are more level headed that I will ever be...

Yoichi : Finally all of this nonsense is over ! I'm going to take the champagne out to celebrate this ! *walks away*

Bother older brothers chuckles a bit before settling into the main chaouch inside the living room of their family house, waiting for their younger brother. Both Hisashi and Yoichi had moved out and Only Izuku stayed there since he would be the one inheriting it.

Hisashi : There is still something that I do not understand with you. You have an incredibly powerful meta ability, you can make a whole world where you are basically a god. Why do you not just... take everything you want ? You could become a world leader, and no one could stand in your way. So why not do it ?
