The Heroic Public Safety Commission. This is the name of an international organisation created in the fires of war against AFO. It was an initiative taken by the most powerful governments in the world, to capitalize on the heroic movement created shorty after Hisashi started to use force more openly. A movement started by none other than their younger brother Yoichi.
At first, Izuku made his concerns known to his elder brother about the potential damage this organisation could cause. Not that he would really care if his older brother were to fall, but his criminal empire made the criminal world somewhat of a controllable environment. For all his influence in politics thanks to his control over the world economy, international offices made from such a coalition like this one were not something he could shut of like that.
Izuku : Especially with how open you are with your real ambitions now...
Hisashi laugh at his younger brother's worries, telling him that his power and empire were now simply to vast for anyone to do any significant damage. This infuriated Izuku, telling him that not only was he succumbing to his ego again, but also because of his open war he had put lots of his own projects at risk.
Izuku : Most people are now so focused on the potential damage you will made, that they are starting to prepare for world war 3 ! The leisure industry is suffering a net loss of 27% and the average savings just reached a 30% increase ! Many of my stocks are in free fall thanks to your urge to parade as the new Caesar !
AFO : Dont start to throw me one of those tantrums like father used to ! Yes, this is a delicate part of the process we are getting into ! Yes, we will both have to make significant sacrifices to go through that !
*gets up from his office chair and gets to the wall made of glass, looking over Tokyo.*
However, once it is done the world will finally be at our feet and no one will ever dare to defy us again. So cry me a river for all the money you've lost ! Remember what I told you about you and me Otouto, outside the both of us nothing is irreplaceable.
Izuku : It is not just about loosing money ! Bankruptcy, markets going down, dept and lack of materials for components are not problems you can fix just like that ! And that, is also why you didn't inherit our family's bisness...
AFO : Money can be replaced, and the economy will be back on track soon enough. Focus on the real problem which is this stupid Heroic Commission.
Izuku : *sight* I'm already on it, but just like I told you 15 minutes it will not be easy... *hear his phone start ringing and picks it up* Excuse me for a second, I have to take this one... Yes ?
Izuku snap his fingers to make a backroom door appear, taking him to level 5 so no one could possibly hear his conversation. Hisashi waves it off as he is used to it, his younger brother always using his pocket dimension when it had anything to do with his important secret matters.
15 Minutes later.
Izuku : Well Anuie, consider ourselves extremely lucky. Those morons of political leaders wants me to help them create and finance their Commission project. Not only will I be supervising the HPSC from the shadows, but I can also choose the idiots they will put at the top of it.
AFO : AHAHAHA ! See Otouto ? Nothing to be worry about...
