EGOISM

Blocking emotions to find myself
Trying to get away from world
There was this someone whom I can't leave
The one who never left my side
I was running away from reality
On stake of losing the ones
The love, belief and unbreakable trust
Somehow ended up at a bridge
Neither I can ask them to help me
Nor m willing to take it.

Deep down my egoism
cursing me Mercilessly
The talks inside my head
ruining, destroying, portraying facts
The ones I priorities the most
Why m their second choice
This question made me lose
The hardest battles we together won
Am left alone crying in dark
Like the shadow down the lamp flame.
