Lorena's POV:

I'm sitting at the table in Kiki's Barn along with Laurence, Dante, Gale, Ulrich, Kenmur and Hayden.

Hayden: "We are all present and accounted for. Though Lorena and myself are the leaders of our respective villages, know that all who sit at this table are equal. However we cannot afford any conflict between us, any final decisions will be left up to Lorena and myself. This is to avoid any conflict between Guards. Understood?"

Ulrich: "Very."

Dante: "Yes Sir."

Gale: "Sounds fair."

Laurence: "I wouldn't have it any other way."

Kenmur: "Wait... wasn't there another Guard here in Phoenix Drop?"

Hayden: "?"

Kenmur: "Phoenix Drop is known for having three members of the Jury of Nine list serve as Guards in their army. I only see two here, where is the third? If he's on patrol he really should be here instead. Have a smaller ranked Guard take his position in the meantime."

Dante: "With all due respect Kenmur. Garroth is... not himself. Therefore we believe his presence will serve more as a burden than a blessing."

Gale: "... That's horrible. How does a Guard even allow themselves to hit such a point?"

Laurence: "Garroth doesn't act without reason. Know whatever he's facing he will find a way to prevail. Now, let's move onto why we're all gathered here."

Hayden: "Indeed."

"As you all know, we're gathered here because O'Khasis is literally out our door. They have already breached our Walls and there is not more that we can do aside from just gather our allies. I've already summoned the Phoenix Alliance to aid us here in our battle. Hopefully they'll all be here soon. I sent out messengers a few days ago to rally them all. So hopefully they'll get here before O'Khasis decides to break down our Walls completely. What are your thoughts about them being here? Are they good or bad?"

Hayden: "Good. I personally can't wait to ring their necks for what they did to Meteli. It's one thing to attack an armed village, it's another when they see our fleet leaving and decide to invade. It's a coward move."

Kenmur: "Agreed. It's disgusting. Lord Lorena do you have any plans to evacuate the children and as well as villagers who are not suited for combat?"

"Not yet... I'm sorry."

Hayden: "Then it is ideal we find a way to get them out of here by the end of the day. If it's by means of a Boat then we're going to need a big one. The people of Meteli will be joining that Ship as well."

Laurence: "We understand. Phoenix Drop must be evacuated until the war is over. It's such a shame things have come to this."

Kenmur: "It hasn't even started and Meteli has fallen. Can we be sure our allies home villages are not suffering the same fate?"

Dante: "If they are, there's nothing we can do for them from here. We can only hope to stop the source here. Plus, I would assume if our allies were under attack they would not be sending their armies here to help."

Kenmur: "True. So, tell me how did this all begin? Was it because the daughter of Scaleswind was presumed dead and then found alive?"

Gale: "You are leading on to know more about what happened in Scaleswind?"
