what the quirk is and how its used:

.as the name suggests this quirk will allow the user to create an illusion world inside a persons head of their worst night mares. 

.when the user is using this the victim will be incapacitated and asleep leaving them venerable. 

.when using this quirk your eyes will glow a bright red.

.the user has to concentrate on the victim and if their quirk is train enough they can interfere with the persons nightmare.

side effects of this quirk:

.insomnia 

.if the person realises its a nightmare can break free of the quirk

.if quirk is used to much the person can pass out due to stress 

.can cause insanity to the user
