Chapter 27: Brokenhearted...

*cue sad Fairy Tail music*

It's been a few days since Igneel told me Silver cheated on me and to be completely honest I was still really hurt about it.

I mean my future self said she loved him and I thought I'd have a future with him, but I guess people change.

"Hey Alina." I heard Igneel's voice right next to my ear.

"Ahhhh! Igneel don't do that!" I yelled at him, he smirked.

"What did I scare you?" I felt my heart beating faster.

Why do I like seeing his smile?

"Yes you scared me!" I yelled back at him.

"Well you made a cute noise when you squealed." He said before walking across the guildhall towards Jake and Ariana.

Cute noise? What's gotten into Igneel?

"Alina..." I shivered as I felt an icy cold presence.

"Silver..." I hissed back.

"I know you're mad at me, but I just wanted to tell you I'm sorry." I looked at him and saw he wasn't even looking at me.

"You're standing here trying to apologize, but why is it I don't believe you." I said glaring at him.

"Look I'm trying to-" I cut him off as he started to rise his voice.

"No! I don't give a damn what you're trying to do because I don't forgive you! You cheated on me! You think I'm just going to forgive you for breaking my heart? News flash Ice Princess, that's not how you apologize to someone!" I said and turned to walk away.

"So now I can't even have you call me by my name?" I slapped him across the face.

"STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ME! YOU DONT DESERVE TO HAVE ME CALL YOU BY YOUR NAME!" I yelled, I was at my breaking point.

"Fine, by the way you're out of the team." Scarlet and Igneel walked over at that and stood beside me.

"That's not for you to decide and we've talked out it and you're out of the team." Scarlet said and I turned away.

"So you're taking her side? Why am I not surprised Scarlet? All you do is trust her like she's some helpless little angel, she's a messed up girl who deserved everything her uncle did to her!" I froze. My body felt cold and heavy.

"You just pissed off the wrong older brother." Igneel said and I turned to see Phoenix have Silver pinned against the floor.

"Don't you dare say another word about that or I promise you, you won't have a tongue to talk smack anymore." I could hear the inner dragon in him.

Silver was shaking underneath him, my brother was very intimidating when I was involved.

"You're pathetic you know that? You can sit here and talk like you own the place, but when someone fights you on it you started shaking like a leaf." Phoenix said getting off of him. "You stay away from my sister and if I hear or see you near her I will hold true to my threats."

My brother was shaking, I have never seen him this angry before.

"Come on Alina." He pulled me away from everyone and towards the bar.

"Thanks Phoenix." He touched my back and hugged me.

"Anything to keep my little sister safe."
