Himiko Toga, one known to be a villain.

Part of the Paranormal Liberation Front.

Obsessed with blood.

Unlike for me, I don't have an obsession like she does.

I do have an obsession with blood, but not what you think.

I on the other hand know how to control mine.

I love the feeling of blood.
I love the way it just runs down my hands and drops.

To help with that I wear gloves.
I never take them off.

Only time I do is to wash them.

And because of this I don't perform in any hero acts.

I make gadgets.

I make weapons to help people who are heroes, I make special equipment for costumes, I make special potions like drinks to help quirks.

I know a lot, and due to that I'm used as someone for information.
For example if one hero would need a background on a villain I'd be the person they'd ask.

I'd know everything about that person, facts about them, crimes, occupations, goals, power/skills, and what type of person they are.

It's a shame my younger sister is a villain.

I'm not surprised that she is one to be doing villainous acts.
From the bullying to the horrible obsession with blood.

It was a matter of time before she became really obsessed with drinking blood that she would become a villain.

It's a shame for me that she is a villain, she ruined my life.

Not only do I have to use a fake last time, I have to wear a mask to hid my identity.

We look alike.

She ruined the family's name.

But I don't think that, she can't help it.

It's her quirk.

I fought for her, yelled at my parents for hours protecting her.
