I open my eyes and see dad staring at me.
"What happened?" I ask, groaning.
"You got sacked. Got a concussion and broke your arm." Dad says.
"Couldn't let them take you to the hospital so they gave you a cast." Dad says.
"Look Y/n, I think we should call it. I don't like seeing you get hurt." Dad says.
"I signed a contract, I have to play." I say.
"Tucker has to play. You're Y/n. I got a good lawyer." Dad says.
"I don't wanna stop now." I say.
"You may not want you but you may have to." Dad says.
"Just think about it." He says.
There's a knock on the door and he opens it.
"Is he awake?" Someone asks.
"Yeah." He says.
Hailee walks in and dad leaves.
"How are you feeling?" Hailee asks.
"I'm fine." I say.
"I was so worried about you. Why did you come back to your hotel? You should be in a hospital." Hailee says.
"My dad said that I'll be fine and I just need rest." I say.
"Your dad was mad as hell." Hailee says.
"When?" I ask.
"After you got tackled. He started yelling at the ref and the other coach saying their entire plan was to just to injure you. Got so worked up he almost punched the coach." Hailee says.
"He did say that that would be my last game." I say.
"Who?" Hailee says.
"The guy who tackled me. He said he was coming for me and that that would be my last game. He said it before the play." I say.
