Evergreen kingdom
All you could hear was the sound of swords clashing together in the distance, a young girl with long white hair and blood red eyes seemed to be training with someone who was older but also looked at her.
"You're better than this Celeste, I didn't train you to be weak."
"I'm trying father."
Both of them had white hair and blood red eyes, their skin was pale as the moon itself."And when I was at your age as a vampire I was able to do much more, again and put more strength into it!" He said
Celeste was sweating at this point but did as her father said, he stood there watching her train and nodded in approval this time.
"Don't be to hard on her Travis, she is still just a child."
A dark and creepy voice filled the training hall as a man stepped into the light.
"I'm sorry my king, I just want her to be the best." Travis replied"And she is one of my old friend, go and meet me in the throne room. I have something for you to do."
Travis bowed to king Jax, the same king who killed Lunacrest's parents years ago. He turned to the young Vampire who was finally able to catch her breath, he seemed to smirk darkly as he grabbed a wooden staff from off a rack nearby.
"Let's see how much you have learned."
Without warning he lunged at Celeste with great speed and strength, she quickly jumped out of the way and grabbed a staff as well. He lunged at her again but this time she was able to block it in time, Celeste pushed him back and using a bit of magic she threw dust into the air and moved around quietly.
"Good, use your surroundings to hide from your opponent."
He looked around trying to spot her but couldn't see a thing so he had to rely on sound, Celeste was moving quietly around him trying to catch him off guard. She accidentally stepped on something and it made a loud snap, Jax quickly turned and used the staff to knock her off her feet holding it under her chin gently."You need to work on your speed and strength, but your very clever and stealthy as well."
He held his hand out to her and pulled her back into her feet, he handed his staff to her as he started too walk away.
"And Celeste, don't you ever think about betraying me."
"I would never your highness." She replied
"Good, do not disappoint me."Jax left the training hall and made his way to the throne room, his mood changed to a dark and evil one. He threw the door open and looked around, Travis stood next to the empty throne as some guards stood to the side with three girls struggling to get free. He walked up to each one of the girls looking at them carefully, none of them were wearing the silver crescent moon necklace. He had a rose with him and held it out but none of the girls reacted to it, Jax growled and turned away from them.
"Get them out of my sight, none of these are her!" He demandedThe guards dragged the girls away as they were begging to be released, Jax sighed loudly as he sat on his throne pinching the bridge between his nose. A pair of soft hands rested on his shoulders gently.
"My king, May I be of assistance?"
A female voice rang through his ears, the voice sounded cold but yet calm at the same time. She dug her long and sharp nails into his shoulders gently as if not wanting to hurt him, Keres was the queen at the moment her eyes were dark but soft. She didn't actually love the king; she only married him for power, Keres was a strong female demon who had control over the seven deadly sins ."Hello Keres, if you knew a way to find her then yes."
Keres walked around him gently, taking a nail under his chin and lifted his head up so he could look into her eyes. She was wearing a long black dress with real blood red roses embedded into the fabric.
"I will do whatever it takes to stay in power." She hissed.
She let go of his chin and sat down on her throne next to his, she looked over at Travis who was keeping his eyes forward not saying a word at all."Travis." She said
"Yes, your highness?"
"In your opinion, how should we find our dear niece?" Keres asked, watching him.
Travis looked over at her as he thought for a moment, he started to pace a bit as he heard her nails tapping on the wood of the throne.
"I would say her necklace, if it hides her presence from the king then her losing it would give me enough time to take her."
She nodded as a dark shadow like magic came from her hands and quickly spread throughout the land's.
"anyone wearing a pure silver necklace will suddenly lose it, give it about a day and we will have her in our grasp."
"Yes my queen."
Jax smirked as he looked at her, he was very impressed by how his queen took control quickly.
