New Mutagen

Stockman sat in his desk contemplating his latest plan. He had had an epiphany regarding defeating the turtles. Shredder constantly pressured him for new technology and plans, so he was relived to finally have something substantial.

"Stockman!" Shredder shouted storming into Stockman's lab.

"Yes sir."

"You said you'd have something by today,don't disappoint me."

"It won't, I've had a breakthrough! I wanted to create a retro-mutagen to turn the turtles back into...well turtles, but I was unsuccessful. Then I thought of other ways to use the mutagen against them, but re-mutation might only make them more powerful. That's when it hit me what if instead of reversing the mutation I completed it, making them human. They would be too disoriented and vulnerable to fight back, we'd be sure to have success. After months of work I believe finally done it!"

"Interesting. If you can turn the turtles human, then could you also turn Homato Yoshi into nothing more then a rat?"

"Yes I believe I could, if we take the turtles prisoner after transformation we can lure him out and mutate him.

"Good work Stockman, maybe you're not as useless as I thought. Before we carry out this plan, prove it works."

"Well here's the thing, it works in theory but I haven't been able to test it, and I only have enough for three subjects." Stockman replied nervously.

Shredder glared down at him before speaking.

"We'll have to do what we can with that. Use one to make sure it works, the second to take out one of the turtles, and the third for the rat."

"Yes sir."

Stockman nervously prepared for the presentation praying that it would work, he dragged a squirrel mutant out that he had been experimenting on, then chained the deranged creature down. He went over to a safe opened it and retrieved one out of three glowing viles of purple mutagen.

"Please work." He muttered repeatedly under his breath before pouring the liquid on the mutant.

They watched as the creature convulsed and transformed into a very freaked out unstable looking man.

"Good work Stockman, I must admit this is quite impressive."  Shredder stated before approaching the man.

"After the turtle is human it'll be so easy to take them out at last. Now take this wretched creature to the dungeons and get ready to go. I want you to carry out the plan as soon as possible.I'll inform the others, they'll be accompanying you." Shredder demanded.

"Y-yes sir...is there a specific target you want us to go for or just anyone we can get?"

Shredder thought for a moment before responding.

"Yes, go for the leader. Mutate Leonardo and then bring him back here immediately.

"Yes sir."

Shredder left the lab and walked down the hallway thinking of the plan.

'At last I'll have my revenge. Once I have one of his precious turtles he'll be forced to face me. Then I can turn him into the rat he is and throw him to the snakes.'
