Taehyung was now inside the school's infirmary, sitting beside the bed where Taegguk was sleeping.

He combed through his hair with his slender fingers gently.

The red haired male blinked frequently to get rid of the burning tears that was gathering in his eyes.

"Oh Mr. Jeon didn't came?" The doctor asked startling Taehyung who wiped his cheeks quickly before looking up and shook his head.

"N-no he is busy right now ao i came. I am their caretaker." Taehyung answered instead.

"Oh that's okay. But I needed to report about his health condition so i thought talking to his guardian would be better." She said a little hesitant.

Taehyung nodded again, "if it's ok then you can t-tell me i need to take care of him anyway. I w-will let his father know about his condition."

The doctor thought for awhile, Taehyung didn't seem suspicious or liar do she decided to tell him. She'd call Jungkook later for confirmation about it.

"He caught cold and fainted in the class due to high fever. He was burning when their homeroom teacher brought hin here."

Taehyung widened his eyes, quickly averting them to the little boy who was sleeping peacefully without any care of the world.

He caressed Taegguk's forehead feeling its normal temparature against his palm. He sighed in relief.

"Don't let him drink cold water or icecream. No matter what. His immune system is not strong like other kids at his age. As you know this period of a child's age is the time when their growth and development increases. But in his case, it's not developing as it should. I hate to say it but he's too weak to grow up like other kids." She paused looking at the boy before her eyes landed on Taehyung again.

"He needs more nutritious food to let his organ works properly. And it doesn't work try giving him supplements. Make him eat vegetables and fruits more."

Taehyung nodded as he noted down the things she was saying in his mind.

"Do little excercise infront of him and encourage him to do the same with you. If the muscles gets stimulated, it'll grow in shape. I'll prescribe a diet plan for him, try to keep a track on that okay?" She said.

"Y-yes. Will do it from today." Taehyung answered.

"I have given a dose to lower the fever already but still the fever may come back late again so I'll give some medicines. Make sure he take them before sleeping." She uttered while writing something on a paper.

"Okay." Taehyung said in a small voice, enough for the other to hear.

He waited as the doctor kept scribbling down the prescription.

After awhile she handed him the prescription and medicines before saying, "oh also you can take him home now and Taehannie too. But you need to talk to their homeroom teacher." She informed.

"O-okay thank you so much.." Taehyung bowed a little which the doctor dismissed with a small smile and a shake of head.

He decided to let the boy sleep. Some more as he went to talk to the homeroom teacher.

Jungkook had already informed her about Taehyung being his children's caretaker. So they'd let the kids go with him.

It made Taehyung's work easier in explaining.
