Chapter 10

Kat's Pov
The truth is I like him, I like him a lot. Words can't describe how I am feeling right now.

After I get a shower I get a text from Hayes. As soon as I see what he says my stomach doesn't get butterflies, I got the whole freaking zoo going off in my stomach and a big smile on my face.

I had an amazing night too😊!And hope you liked it😏

Well, I have to get into bed goodnight beautiful I'm walking to school with you in the morning and don't back out of it😉😘

I turn off my phone and take my makeup off tomorrow will be a good day if I don't run into Tori.

*the next morning*

I woke up to my alarm clock so I got up and picked out my outfit:
An Aztec sweater
Leggings
And combat boots.

I pulled my hair into a messy pony tail and did simple makeup: eyeliner and mascara with a little bit of lipgloss.

I grab my back pack and phone and his out the door. When I get outside Hayes has two penny boards.

"I got the pink one with a black K for you. And the black one with a pink H for me. "
"Awe Hayes thanks so much" I kiss Hayes on the cheek and he turns red.
"Haha I'll race you too school Kat"
"Over my dead body Grier"

*about 10 minutes later*

"Haha I beat you" Hayes shouts like a toddler.
"Oh shut up and let's get to class"

I walk into school and put my penny board away. Meanwhile I see Tori at the corner of my eye giving me a death stare. Hayes comes over after he gets his stuff.

"You ready?" He ask.
"Yeah just gimme a sec."
I walk up to Tori.
"Stop starring at me okay? I don't know what your deal is with me but you seriously are overreacting."
"Whatever Hayes doesn't even like you I can tell."
"I can tell that your a friend who uses people just to get something she wants." I spat at her and walked away.

I walk with Hayes to class. He saw what happened and did talk which probably was good for him because I was so mad.

I didn't really talk the whole day because I was upset with Tori. I knew Hayes wanted to talk but I would just respond with yeah or okays.

When I got home I feel asleep because this whole day was just ugh.
