Montana's POV

TWO MONTHS LATER

Zeus and I have fell into a routine together. Not a bad routine, a really good one. We've started waking up early together and working out, then we'll go out separate ways for work, usually call around lunch or so, maybe go out if we're feeling it, and then we see each other at home. I'm so proud of Zeus. At exactly five on the dot he leaves work and comes to the penthouse. He's walked through the door at the exact same time for the past few weeks. He said he was going to take his work life balance more seriously and he has.

Not surprising he comes into the penthouse at exactly the same time per usual. He's exactly four minutes behind me. This time he comes in holding something in his hand. "How much do you love me?" He asks walking in all excited. I laugh as he walks to me and smiles.

"That depends. What did you do?" I ask as he smiles. He's holding something in his hand that I can't see and I don't know what it is.

"I love you so much. And I missed you." I add as I lean over and kiss his lips. He smiles and kisses me back softly before he opens his hand. He's holding my favorite shade of lipstick in his hand. He knew I ran out this morning and threw a fit because the shade I love isn't made anymore.

"Where did you find it?!" I ask exclaiming as he smiles. I pick the wrapper off of it as I smile. "Made a few calls. You'll have as many as you want for the rest of your life." He tells me as I grin. I kiss him softly as he smiles and pulls away.

"Now go get dressed. It's Friday and I'm taking you out. We haven't been out in a month and I'm showing you off." He tells me as I wink.

"I am dressed." I tell him as he looks at my work outfit. "No. The outfit in the closet in the red bag." He insists as I smile. That's new. I didn't know I had a red bag in the closet. I softly rub Millie who is rubbing at my feet before walking off to the closet in our room.

It's so odd to say our room. It's ours. I've moved in completely and we ended my old lease. It's officially my home here. For now, we've recently been talking about moving out of the city and finding a home. A home for us, and maybe a child. I just haven't convinced Zeus on the kid thing yet. We've spoke a total of three times about the possibility and his answer has been a solid no every time. I just hope I can convince him if we decide to spend our life together.

Speaking of, we've been doing so well. We really have. All I can think about is that engagement ring sitting under his shirts in the closet. I've wanted nothing more than for him to propose for the last month and I have a feeling that tonight may be that night. He's been not so obviously hitting at the subject.

I walk down the hallway at a brisk pace and to the room. Once I'm at the closet I find the red bag. It's new, and I can look at it and tell it's expensive. I open the zipper and pull the white dress out and my heart melts. It's a beautiful satin white dress. It's cut to perfection. The length is long enough to hit at my ankles and it's beautiful.

I go to turn and thank Zeus but I don't see him. I walk back out and he's gone. I walk into the kitchen though and see a red envelope sitting there. I open it up and read, Meet me on the Yacht at Seven. Wear the white dress. I love you.

I blush immediately. I carry it in my hands and make my way back to the closet. Zeus has graciously taken the tags off the item and I don't know how much it's cost but I have an idea it's not cheap. So I decide against taking it out right now. I go to the bathroom and shower. I'm getting myself fully ready for what is going to happen.

Once showered I blow dry and curl my hair, then I apply my makeup. I wear more than usual, and even some fake little lashes to make sure I'm looking my best. I put lotion on my body, and apply some crystal earrings and my gold bracelets before finding the dress.
