~/Downtown L.A\~
You quickly wiped down the counters to your little shop, which was about to open up for business. Another day of you getting prepared for a long day at work. You ran a Deli and Dessert Shop that was rather well known to the people who either worked and passed by downtown L.A. As you put the used rag into the bowl of cleaner, you glanced at the clock. Opening time already? You brushed off your work cloths, and went to the door, flipping the sign from 'Sorry, We're Closed', to 'Hurray, we're Open!'. You went back behind the counter and made sure everything was ready. The perks of living where you lived, was that you were friends with what you could consider 'famous' Viners. You knew King Bach, Nash, Cameron, Brittany, the whole gang pretty much. You also knew Brandon Calvillo. Yeah, you had heard about him, but had only met him maybe once. Everyone considered him a comedian, which you didn't real like, considering your own father was a comedian who left you and your mother when you were 9. It's not that you wouldn't be his friend, it's just you wouldn't consider being besties. The sound of the door above your door was heard, snapping you out of your thoughts. As you looked up, you saw Jason. He always stopped by your shop, everyday. "Morning Y/N." he greeted. "Hey Jason. Shall I get you the usual?" you asked. "Actually, today I want to try some of your new coffee." he said. "Alright, well when you're ready, let me know." you said. "My friend will be here shortly. I'm waiting on him." he said, glancing at your menu. "The Jason Nash has friends?" you joked. "Why Yes, yes I do." he replied, smiling. "Well, while you wait for your friend, I gotta run into the back and grab some new meats and cheeses got." you said. "Have fun." he said.
After returning with almost to much meat and cheese to carry, you sat it down on your glass counter and let out a sigh. "You okay?" a voice came from the other side of the shop. You looked up and saw an all to familiar face. Brandon Calvillo. "Yeah, just a little out of breath." you smiled. Jee, the first time you saw Brandon not acting like a total lunatic. "Brandon, this is Y/N." Jason said. "I think I've seen you somewhere before.. haven't I?" Brandon asked. "Y-Yeah, it was a awhile ago though, it's been to long." you said. "I didn't know you owned this awesome shop." he complemented. "Yeah, it was a struggle at first, but here I am, can I get you anything?" you asked. "Yeah, I was just going to order your (Special of the Day Name). "Alright, give me a few minutes, and it will be done." you said pulling out a thing of bread. You began gathering all of ingredients and set them out. After slicing the bread down the middle and opening it up, you layered (Type of Meat) first, then (Type of Vegie), following, you put on, (Type of Cheese), and after you added (Type of Sauce), you finished if off with (Your choice of secret ingredient). You put it in the small toaster oven, and waited for about a minute, before it dinged. You took it out. "Hey, Brandon, is this to go or to eat here?" you asked. "I'm eating it here." he replied, now scrolling through his phone. You carefully wrapped it on some sandwich wrap, before sticking it on a tray, with a bottle of water and a small cookie. "Here Brandon." you called. He stood up and walked over, before paying and taking the food. He sat down and started to eat. Whilst he ate, you took the time to clean up a bit. You put all the meats and vegies and cheeses away, along with the sauces. "My dearest Y/N, I'm going to be trying your Vietnam coffee today." Jason called form the same table Brandon was. "Coming right up." you said.
