Leo picked her up and spun her around, Jane laughing hysterically.
Alec and Reyna grinned at the happy couple, glad Jane was back and better than ever.
Only she wasn't a vampire anymore. She was human. Her skin was flushed, her eyes a wide, soft green, and she gave off the same smell all Ares' kids did.
"I'm glad you're back, Janie," Leo whispered. Jane smiled and reached up on her toes to peck his lips quickly.
"Me too, Mr. Valdez." She said, cocky smile playing on her full pink lips.
"We all are, Mrs. Valdez." Piper exclaimed from behind them, a knowing smirk on her beautiful face.
"Mrs. Valdez?" Percy asked amusedly with his arms around Annabeth's torso.
"Yep, we're engaged." Jane clarified.
"Oh, are you going to invite the Cullens? I haven't seen Alice in forever," Hazel complained.
"I don't see why not," Leo shrugged. "What the hell? Call 'em up and ask." Jane shook her head, smiling.
"That's not how you do it for a wedding, Repair Boy."
"Alice?" Jasper asked worriedly.
Alice was forced back into reality like a rubber band snapped back into its original shape―fast and kind of painful.
"I'm okay, Jazz." she assured him. "But, you guys feel up for a wedding?" Emmett looked at her like she was crazy.
"Jane's alive?" Edward asked curiously. Alice nodded.
"Ares protested her death, and Zeus finally got so fed up he granted Apollo and Hephaestus permission to give her the physician's cure. But she came back as a human―but she's now gifted with a special power from her mother," Alice explained.
Esme smiled kindly. "I don't see why we can't go," she said softly.
Everyone agreed―except Emmett, who wanted to stay in Forks and watch baseball games all weekend.
