Gian's POV

I immediately park my car in front of our mansion. I also saw the car of the Queen as I walk towards the door, mother is also here, good.

Hindi ko parin matanggal sa isip ko ang nakita ko kanina. Joahnna is with that damn Pierre Lockhart! He's Althea's brother!

Ano ang ginagawa nilang dalawa at bakit sila magkasama? Ano ano ang mga pinag-uusapan nila? Kailan pa sila naging malapit sa isa't isa? May alam na ba si Joahnna sa organization? Damn, I am going insane just by thinking!

I headed the stairs to my Mother's bedroom. I know she'll be there. I have something to tell her. And I think this can't wait. The Queen have to know.

Kakatukin ko sana ang pinto ngunit hindi ito tuluyang nakasara, kaya nagkasya nalang ako sa pagkikinig. Narinig ko pang may kausap siya sa phone.

"Just let them thought that you want to become one of them... Yes, just continue doing that." I overheard Queen. Who's that? Tuluyan na akong pumasok.

"Yes, yes. I'll just call you, later." Sabi nito at binababa na ang phone.

"Oh, son. You're here. Where's Maureen?" She asked looking at my back as if she's going to see Maureen there. When she saw nothing, she sat on the swivel chair.

"She's with Carlo. Hindi pa po ba sila dumarating?" I asked the obvious. Damn, I'm so stupid. Itatanong ba niya kung nasaan si Maureen kung nandito na ito? Tss.

Nakita kong tumaas ang kilay niya. Mukhang nag-iisip. "Maureen probably doesn't want to go home." She said, as she reads some damn papers.

"Why? Is she staying with Carlo?"

She sighs. "She knows who her mother is." I saw a glimpse of sadness in her by saying those words.

What?! Alam na ni Maureen? Ano pa ang mga nalaman niya? I know we cannot keep this from her forever, pero nakakagulat parin.

"What? I should call Carlo." I said, searching for my damn phone. I saw this coming. Malalaman at malalaman din ito ni Maureen, but this is too soon.

"Don't." Agad akong napatingin sa kanya. "Huwag na Gian. It's about time for Maureen to know." Halos mabigo ako sa mga sinabi ng Queen. I didn't see any point to agree.

Kapag nalaman ni Maureen ang katotohanan sa likod ng pagkatao niya, hindi malayong malaman niya ang tungkol sa organization at kung ano ang ginagawa namin.

Maybe she cannot accept who we are, and what we have done. Fuck this. I am damn scared!

And of course, I knew that her mother was no other than, Amelia Rivera, Lisette's aunt, but just that. I don't know the whole truth, only details. I don't really know if Maureen's father was may late father. But I consider Maureen as my own sister. Kahit kadugo ko pa siya o hindi.

"But Queen, things will be very complicated for her. Kapag nalaman niya, malalagay lang lalo siya sa kapahamakan." I plead. I don't really agree with that. We may lose Maureen. Forever.

Hindi ko alam kung papanigan pa ba niya kami kapag nalaman niya lahat, paano kung kuhain na siya ng mga Rivera? Shit!

I know the history of Henrietta Luxel Rivera and my mother. Malaki ang galit nila saming mga Silvestre. And kami rin. Luxel was the one who killed my grand mother. The feeling of hatred was damned equal!
