Summary: Poor girl (Geum Jan Di) attends the elite Shin Hwa High and is bullied by the leader (Gu Jun Pyo) of F4 (the four richest boys). He becomes attracted to her; however, she has a crush on his best friend (Yoon Ji Hoo). Whom will she choose? Jan Di, the Heroine, is the poor but bright girl who has a strong sense of justice and full of vitality.

Personal remarks: Boys over flowers was the first Kdrama I ever watched. I remember myself asking a friend for a drama recommendation and he suggested this to me and trust me when I say that because of him I lost my trust in Korean dramas. It was so weird at first that I stopped watching it after the 7th episode. I was looking for a suspense and thriller drama and ended up watching something romantic.....so yeah my reaction was.....valid. On the contrary, the female lead was strong and fierce so I considered watching it again but I was still not comfortable with the rom-com thingies; I dropped the idea. If I had to judge the first 6 episodes I would give it a 5.5/10.
