Elaia Berkshire has always been a freak, or thats what the mistress of the orphanage she lives says. She doesn't have friends beacouse anyone has never taken the tine to get to know her she likes reading of course since Elaia is always alone spends her time reading in her room in silence.

The moonlight is the only light in this hot night since is may 23rd, my birthday, i'm turning 11, is 1 AM and im reading one of my favourites books, Anna Karenina. I love this book very much actually is like the fifth time i read this book but i never get tired of it.

I am under the covers of my bed, from outside is supose to look like a kind of tent i find a candle yesterday in a closet while i was cleaning and decide to take it since today it was going to be my birthday.

I decide to head to sleep, tomorrow i have to wake up early for breakfast is a rule Antonia the headmistress of the orphanage has this stupid rules, she says that they supouse to make us less lazy but i think she just hate us, wich is not far from the truth. Antonia aleays has this horrific look on her face like she smelled shit, her hair is short like cup cut, grey and grazy

I wake up with screams like every morning, i'm used to it by now but i would preffer to wake up without them.

I wash my face and teeth, then i go downstairs for breakfast and sat in a table far away. Lincon comes to my table, probably to make fun of me or something he's very annoing yet i still manage to control myself from exploding so i won't get in trouble.

"Hey freak, how did you sleep?" He said clearly teasing beacouse yesterday he left a fucking snake in my bed, luckily i can comunicate with them actually she was friendly and cool.

I didn't replied. I eat my disgusting food and kept my eyes down not looking at him in any moment . I knew that if looked up, i would probably loose control and do this things, i don't wat to locked up in my room once again at least not in my birthday not that anyone would know but anyway.

"Hey bloody rat, i'm talking you know" he said already furious and with a move of his dirty hand my foos was all over me. How dare he?! He was the one to start it. "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU'RE TALKING TO RIGHT NOW?! I GONNA KILL YOU. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU, ATOMIC ASS GREMBLIN" I shout and sudently he started to punch himself and even broke his nose. Laughter ecoed through the hole orphanage. "Crazy bitch!!" He replied in pain
I quickly realized i had to run before Antonia could get to me. I was going to die if she found out.

My best option was hiding in my room precicely my closet.

I heard a knock on my door. As surprised as ever that the headmistress didn't rushed into the tiny room herself, i got up and opened the dood to my surprise a strange looking old man was standing there before me.

"Hello, miss Berkshire nice to finally meet you. I am Professor Dombledore" he said smiling. Why was he smiling? and he knew my name, odd. "Look if you're here for Lincon, didn't do anything. He did it himself" i tried to protect herself from any punishment "no, no i'm a professor and came here to tell you that you have been accepted to Howarts" he commented calmly "miss Berkshire you're a witch, just like me" WOOW WHAT?!? what is this man talking about? I am a witch? In a strange way it does make sense but how is it that HE knew before me "WAIT WHAT?!" I almost shouted "have you ever done something you can't explain" he replied "maybe... i-i can talk to snakes and they listen to me is that normal in your world?" I aked a little confused "yes of course" he lied, i sure he lied, i don't know why but i have this feeling that tells me when people lie "ok i guess were is this place?" I said more to myself "right, is in scotland... but all the information for you is just here" he answerd handing me a letter with a red sign "thank you, but were do i get a cauldron? This list is kind of odd to me sir"
I replied "Professor Snape will take you to buy all you need to start the new term at Howarts" he told me before disapearing in the thin air.
