SHOUT OUT TO DAZ YOU CHEEKY GAL!

y/n always loved the night.

It was when she felt the most relaxed and the freest from society's sharp eye and even when she felt tired, sleep was the last thing she wanted to fill her nights with.

Art, cooking, reading, and gaming were just some of the things she tended to spend doing instead of sleeping, unlike the rest of the apartment complex she shared.

"Hey! How many times have I told you to stop calling me that!"

y/n grunted at her mum feeling annoyed as her mum passed her a cup of her favourite hot tea - Jasmine, it always calmed y/n down when something wasn't going her way.

"And how many times do I have I said no....ya zombie"

she said, mocking y/n's sleeping habits with the expression she pretty much always has, now that she thought about it the only time she hasn't been given that I told you so look after she's right is when she's wrong which is like...never.

"If you don't get a wriggle on your gonna miss homeroom"

Her mum said in that very same tone. She sighed and went to check the clock [9:05] shit she thought

[I hate how she's always right...]

y/n basically skulled the rest of her tea, burning her throat as ran around the room, frantically to collect all the things that she needed for class before running to the door

"Bye y/n"

As much as she appreciated her mum's words and as much as she wanted to respond she simply did not have time to, she ran through the door and down the many flights of stars that came with living on the top floor.

Finally, y/n made it to class only just on time for once and taking a deep breath of relief as she sat down next to Rose, she turned to her, glancing over her soft facial features

"Do we have a relief teacher today?"

Rose asked in that sweet tone that y/n enjoys listening to even if it's 9:30 on a Monday morning.

"I will literally cry if we do I can't deal with another one"

y/n blurt out while banging her head against the desk. The last time there was a relief teacher things did not go well.

"There there I'm sure it won't be that bad!"

Rose softly spoke with sympathy. y/n took a deep breath and offered a half smile which probably looked like a fake one but no less Rose placed a hand on her back to help comfort her.

It was things like this that made y/n appreciate Rose.

"Wanna head down to the cafe for lunch?"

Y/n notices that her school days pass swiftly, a fact she doesn't mind at all, as she eagerly waits for the night when she can sit atop her bedroom balcony and talk with her beloved black cat.

y/n was hanging out with Rose in their favourite pastry cafe not too far from school, the two of them always went there at break times or for free studies. Y/n's staple sweet was always a Vanilla eclair - creamy and always leaving the girl wanting more.
