Lottie's POV

I wonder if Louis is reading Lottie's diary. I wonder what she wrote . . . oh well. Not my business, so why bother thinking about it? I grabbed my bag, and ran out the door. I walked down the cracked, and broken sidewalk. My DC shoes thumped over and over again on the horrible sidewalk. I walk by Louis' house and see him running out the door, with three littler girls following him. I stopped, and he came up to me.

"Lottie,-"

"Louis, I thought Lottie-"

"Not that Lottie, Daisy! This is my best friend, Charlotte Myers." Louis said, introducing me to his little sisters I think. I raised my eyebrow, and he started.

"Lottie, these are my sisters; Daisy, Phoebe, and Felicite, or known as Fizzy." Louis said, as the girls started to walk down the sidewalk. I chuckled, as we started walking behind the three girls.

"So three sisters, huh? Four total, one died, and that's it, right? Or is there more?" I joked. He didn't reply, just kept looking forward. Damn it . . . I offended Louis. "Sorry . . . ." I muttered. He still didn't reply. Okay, I don't play these kind of games, Louis. I rolled my eyes and walked faster. I don't like being ignored. Wait, who does? I caught up with Louis' sisters, and started talking with them. Very nice girls.

"Look! The place that is full of boys! Eww!" Daisy said. I chuckled, and said;

"Daisy, when you are older, you might date one of those boys. Or even marry." I said.

"EWWW! NO WAY! BOYS ARE GROSS!" Phoebe yelled. I laughed, and I looked back. I didn't see Louis anywhere. Fine. Ignore me.

"Whatever floats your little crazy boat, you two. See ya! Gotta get to class." I said before running into my school. The elementary and the high school schools are right next to each other. So, not that far away from the little midgets. I walked in the school yard, seeing Louis with Ethan, and some other guys. Sigh.

"Look! Louis, it's your 'friend'." I heard them snicker as I walked passed them to get into the school. One stopped me, and pushed me against the wall. Nuh uh, bitch. I am NOT getting beat up by YOU!

"Let go of me, faggots. You don't want to mess with me." I hissed. They just chuckled. Louis was in the corner, not even bothering to help me.

Douche bag.

"Oh, what are we going to do?! James! We better run!" Ethan acted. I rolled my eyes, and I felt pain in my stomach. I look up, and saw Ethan ready to blow a punch. I move my head, making Ethan punch the brick wall. He screamed in pain, saying colorful words, then I was free. I pushed passed Louis, and into the building.

He never bothered to help a friend. So why bother being a friend?

I entered algebra, and sat in front. I saw Louis walk in, and I ignored his presence. Right before he started to reason with me, Ms. Green walked in. After class, I went to art, and Mrs. Bloom made us draw our closest person to us. Instead of Louis, I drew Zach. I was started at his feet, and made my way up. In the middle of his shirt, the bell rang. I put my drawing away, and hurried to the rest of my classes. Lunch came, and I sat with some girls. They all left, except one.

"Hi! I'm Emily! You?" She said.

"Charlotte Myers. You can call me Lottie, though." I said.

"You have an American accent. Is America nice?" She questioned. I nodded. I saw Louis looking at me, but I looked down. Emily noticed.

"What's wrong? I didn't upset you, did I? Oh gosh! I'm sorry!" She babbled on and on.

"It's fine, Emily. You did nothing. I just lost . . . a good friend, that's all. Too bad, he was so fun." I sighed.
