Your POV

Hi there, my name is (Y/N) (L/N), and I recently moved into this town after my mom got killed on a business trip. All I remember is that she moved away, and never came back. Then my house got burned down by some guys in ski masks, and lastly, my ex girlfriend broke up with me because, and get ready for this, for being concerned about her. Sounds stupid, right? Well, guess what? It is.

Things went downhill for me for a while, and of course, I was depressed from it. But I did my best to not let it get to me. So I got a job working at a cafe, and eventually, I stopped living on the streets, and found a place of my own. It took almost a year, but I managed to make it work.

Once I got my house, I managed to save up enough money for a couch, a bed with sheets and pillows, tables and chairs, and a tv. It almost felt good to be living in a house again, but there was one thing missing in my life: my mom. At least I know she's in a better place now.

A few more months later, I was able to get more things for my house, and one of these items were a guitar. I always thought it looked cool, so I decided to buy it. Ever since I bought it, I would play it outside of my house. Normally, no one would watch me play, but it was different.

While playing in front of my house, a girl approached me. It was a girl with light green hair. She looks like she is half asleep as she stares at me. I looked at her, and I tried to speak to her.

"Umm, hello there." I said.

The girl didn't say anything. She waved at me, and let out a small smile while doing this.

"Well, umm... can I help you?" I asked.

The girl looked at my guitar and smiled at me once again.

"Lovely guitar." She said.

I looked down at my guitar, and I look back at her.

"You like my guitar?" I asked.

"Yeah, I think it suits you." She replied and smiled at me.

"Oh, umm, thanks I guess."

Unfortunately, the girl didn't say anything after that. She simply bowed her head and walked away. What was that all about?

I looked to where she was going, and to my surprise, she went to the house nextdoor. Is that where she lives? I didn't know that.

Something tells me that I'm going to see her more often, huh?
