We continue on our journey, keeping our eyes peeled for any signs of the treasure. As we approach a small village, I can feel my heart racing. What if the people here don't want to give us the treasure? What if they attack us?

Rico and I enter the village cautiously, trying to look as non-threatening as possible. We ask around for any information about the treasure, and eventually, someone points us in the right direction.

But as we approach the location, a group of men suddenly appear, brandishing weapons. Rico pulls out his sword and I grab a nearby stick, ready to defend ourselves.

Thankfully, it doesn't come to a fight. We explain our mission and the men eventually agree to give us the treasure. I let out a sigh of relief and we continue on our journey, grateful that we didn't have to resort to violence.

"Can you believe how easy that was?" Rico says, grinning from ear to ear. "I thought for sure we were going to have to fight those guys."

"I know, right?" I reply, feeling a sense of relief wash over me. "I'm so glad we were able to resolve things peacefully."

We continue walking, the weight of the treasure heavy in our bags. I can't help but feel a little guilty about taking something that doesn't belong to us, but I remind myself that it's for Captain Buggy and his crew.

As we walk, we recount the events of the day, marveling at how smoothly everything went. We talk about how we were able to diffuse the situation without violence and how proud we are of ourselves for handling it so well.

"I think Captain Buggy is going to be really impressed," Rico says, grinning. "We're going to be the talk of the crew!"

I laugh, feeling a sense of camaraderie with my fellow crewmate. "Yeah, I think we make a pretty good team," I say.

As we continue on our journey, I can't help but feel grateful for the experience. It wasn't exactly what I had imagined when I signed up for a life of adventure on the high seas, but it was definitely a memorable one."

As we approach our ship, I notice something is off. The ship looks like it's been destroyed, with huge holes in the sails and broken planks littering the deck.

"What the hell happened?" I say, feeling a sense of panic rise in my chest.

Before Rico can answer, a group of men emerge from the shadows, wielding weapons. I can see the malice in their eyes and feel my heart skip a beat.

Rico immediately pulls out his sword, ready to defend us. But before we can even react, one of the men lunges forward with a knife and stabs Rico in the stomach.

I scream in horror as Rico falls to the ground, writhing in pain. The men then turn their attention to me, and before I can even think, they grab me and drag me away from the ship.

I try to fight back, but there are too many of them. I feel a sharp pain in the back of my head and everything goes black.

.........

When I wake up, I'm in a dark, damp room. My head is pounding and my body aches all over. I try to stand up, but my hands and feet are tied.

I can hear muffled voices outside the door and realize that I've been kidnapped. My heart sinks as I think about Rico, wondering if he's okay.

I try to stay calm, knowing that I need to find a way out of here. But as the hours tick by, I start to lose hope.

The men come into the room, and I can see the cruel gleam in their eyes. I try to back away, but my hands and feet are still tied, and I can't move.

They start to taunt me, asking me questions about our crew and what we were doing here. I refuse to answer, knowing that they'll hurt me even more if I give them any information.

The men then started start to torture me, but not in a way that would kill me. They use various methods to inflict pain, from burning my skin with hot irons to cutting me with knives. I grit my teeth and try to endure it, knowing that I need to stay alive if I want to have any chance of escaping.

Despite the pain, I refuse to give them any information. I know that if I do, they'll kill me and possibly the rest of our crew if they find us.

As the torture continues, I start to lose track of time. It feels like days have gone by, but it could only be hours. I'm losing hope of ever being rescued.

But then, I hear a commotion outside the door. I hear the sound of swords clashing and men shouting. My heart leaps in my chest, hoping that our crew has come to rescue me.

The door bursts open, and I see a man with red hair, one arm, and an a scar. Him and his crew was standing there, weapons drawn. The men try to fight back, but they're no match for us.
