At hospital

They were in hospital already which is near to Kai's mansion and that hospital was her thretory because it was Youngjae's hospital

In the hospital

Lily was too much scared from that hospital but she was still hugging yoongi so she didnt saw the hospital

While yoongi has called the doctor which is youngjae 
He came but still didnt saw lily's face soo he throught it was someone

BTS couldn't say anything but had tears in their eyes when lily saw it she got scared
