You was a cheerful and friendly boy who liked to talk to everyone in your class. You was good at studying, sports, and music, and you had many friends. You was also very curious about the world and always wanted to learn new things.

Ayame was a beautiful and popular girl who had a secret. She was actually an oni, a kind of yōkai from Japanese folklore, who had come to the human world to study at the Underworld Academy. She had the ability to create will-o'-the-wisps, small balls of fire that could fly around and prank people. She loved to have fun and make people laugh, but she also had a serious side. She was the president of the student council and had a lot of responsibilities.

You and Ayame met for the first time on the first day of school. They were assigned to sit next to each other in the same class. You greeted Ayame with a smile and introduced yourself. Ayame smiled back and said her name.

"Nice to meet you, Ayame. You have a very pretty name," You said.

"Thank you, Y/N. You have a very nice name too," Ayame said.

They started to chat and found out that they had some things in common. They both liked music, anime, and video games. They also had some differences. You liked to read books and watch documentaries, while Ayame liked to watch horror movies and play pranks.

They soon became friends and started to hang out together after school. They would go to the library, the arcade, or the park. Sometimes they would go to your house or Ayame's apartment. They would talk about everything and nothing, share their thoughts and feelings, and have fun together.

They didn't know it yet, but they were falling in love with each other.

One day, Ayame decided to confess her feelings to you. She had been hiding her true identity from you for a long time, but she couldn't keep it any longer. She wanted you to know who she really was and how much she loved you.

She invited you to her apartment after school. She prepared some snacks and drinks for you and waited for you to arrive.

When you knocked on the door, she opened it with a nervous smile.

"Hi, Y/N. Come in," she said.

"Hi, Ayame. Thanks for inviting me," you said.

You entered her apartment and looked around. It was cozy and cute, with a lot of posters, plushies, and figurines of anime characters.

"Wow, you have a lot of cool stuff here," you said.

"Thanks. I'm glad you like it," she said.

She led you to the couch and sat next to you.

"So, what did you want to talk about?" you asked.

She took a deep breath and looked into your eyes.

"Y/N, there's something I need to tell you," she said.

"What is it?" you asked.

She reached for your hand and held it gently.

"Y/N, I... I love you," she said.

You blinked in surprise.

"You... you love me?" you asked.

She nodded.

"Yes, I do. I love you more than anything in this world," she said.

You felt your heart skip a beat.

"Ayame... I love you too," you said.

You leaned in and kissed her softly on the lips.

She kissed you back and wrapped her arms around you.

They hugged each other tightly and felt their hearts beat as one.

They broke the kiss and smiled at each other.

"I'm so happy, Y/N," she said.

"Me too, Ayame," you said.

They kissed again and cuddled on the couch.

But there was still something she had to tell you.

"Y/N... there's something else I need to tell you," she said.

"What is it?" you asked.

She hesitated for a moment, then decided to tell you the truth.

"Y/N... I'm not human," she said.
