Chapter 15

We're on the line to the Ferris wheel. There are a lot of people wanting to ride it, maybe because like what I have said, it's the last night of the festival and everybody wants to experience it.

Luke, Michael, and Petunia were ahead of us. While Ashton and his girlfriend and Cyrus and Nora were after us, Calum is behind me, holding my handcuffed hand, and his other hand is caressing my hair. He's now laughing at his dumb pick-up lines. They were never smooth.

"Hey so Bee?" he asked while almost laughing at his old puns.

"What now?"

"I'm actually kicked out from our house," he said, that made me stopped laughing.

"What, no. Too impossible"

"Yeah so can I just live in your heart?" He looked down at his shoes and started laughing again. I smiled and I felt that my cheeks are turning red.

"You're still not smooth as fuck though," I replied to him while smiling and reaching out for his face to touch it. He gave me a soft smile and kissed my nose.

It was Calum and mine's turn to ride the Ferris wheel. The operator guy opened the door and we both entered.

It is big and has a lot of wide windows. I bet we can see the city when we're already up.

He locked the door outside and the Ferris wheel started moving upward.

"Whoa" I almost slide to the other side, but Calum held my waist and controlled my hips to pull it closer to him.

"Caught you," he said and then we both laughed.

The Ferris wheel only moves slowly upwards that I can barely feel that were moving. Calum's behind me and his hands remained around my waist. His head rests on my shoulder. We're both facing the window.

We're moving upwards, we can't feel the air, but I can see the wind blowing outside the Ferris wheel. I looked at Calum who just closed his eyes. I felt his heavy breath on my cheeks and I closed my eyes too and felt the warmth of his hug. I held his arms tightly. We're moving upwards, closing to the sky, I lean back my head on his shoulder.

"I'm sorry if I say I need you"

He sings to my ear in a soft thin voice, I smiled because his breath tickled me. His dry, soft lips were touching my ear.

"But I don't care I'm not scared of love

'Cause when I'm not with you I'm weaker

Is that so wrong, is it so wrong?"

Calum twirled me and made me face to him.

We're moving upwards, almost touching the cloud but with a barrier ceiling of the Ferris wheel. He pulled me in closer grabbed my face with his handcuffed hand and I grabbed him with my handcuffed hand too. He pulled my face closer to him, resting his forehead to mine. And the he pulled me closer. He closed his eyes and breathes into my lips.

" Cause you made me strong"

He sang as his lips touched mine for the first time. I closed my eyes and felt his lips on mine. I felt Calum's love through his kiss. I can't understand how I should feel about this but one thing for sure. I am falling in love with him. No Luke anymore in my mind, no more other guys playing in my head, no more Denver, or girlfriend issues.

All I feel right now is Calum, his breath, his smile while kissing me, his lips, this first kiss, nothing else matters.

I pulled away as we reached the top of the Ferris wheel. He was still holding my waist to him. And I could actually feel his boner for fuck's sake. I looked at the window and the stars above are glimmering like pearls, I gasped as I looked at them and then I heard Calum smile.

"The stars are beautiful," I told him and he was still smiling while playing with my hair. "Don't laugh at me, you idiot"

He laughed even more and hugged me all of a sudden. Then I noticed the city lights below. It was so peaceful. You can hear no noise or commotion, you can just see it and by looking at it can be the most amazing thing you'll ever see.

I felt Calum's nose on my shoulder. And between the sheaths of my clothes I can feel that he's kissing it. The same lips I've fallen in love just seconds ago.

"You're beautiful," he says in his thin voice, I melted. I tiptoed to give him my hug. And he carried me and twirled me.

We both laughed as soon as he brought me down. He then looks at the window, gazing at the stars again, looking at the street and the lights below,

"BRENNA!" he shouts. I laughed at him. He then raises our handcuffed arms. "BRENNA!" he shouts again as he raised our hands up higher. "I LOVE YOU" he shouts even more. My laughed turned into a smile as I looked at him. His face was so red, he was blushing. I looked at him like the way I looked at the stars. I looked at him like the way I looked at the city lights. I looked at him like he was the song I wanted to sing because he is. He is the person I want to be with and this time I'm ready, I'm not scared anymore and if this guy needs me, I need him more, I need him more than anything else in this world. I'm just one helluva lucky girl who has fallen in love with Calum Thomas Hood.

He looked down at me again and smiled.

"What?" he asked as he smiles.

"Nothing," I replied to him as I smiled more. "I just love you"

Calum again all of a sudden hugged me tightly.

Now we felt that we're moving downwards, back to the earth, back to the place where we should be. And Calum right now, has his eyes syncing with the Ferris wheel because he's crying.

He released me from his hug and I saw the tears in his eyes.

"Holy crap, did I say something wrong?" I shouted at him while grabbing my sleeves and wipe it on his eyes. He's crying I don't know why.

He smiles as he cries. Now I was worried that I might be falling in love with nuts.

"This is my happy tears, you never knew how much I wanted someone to accept me" he replied to me as I see his happy tears.

"People love you Calum"

And he smiled to me and kissed my cheek.

We're now moving downwards, I can barely feel the thin air of the atmosphere above although I can feel now the warmth of Calum's love for me.

"I knew Stella just loved me for who I am in Music but he never truly loved me for who I really was and who I truly am. I felt that people loved me for who they just see, but when they see who I really am I doubt that they will still love the Calum Hood"

We're now moving downwards, I can almost feel the ground. Calum's walls were now breaking, he's finally showing his real him to me, I can see him now, naked, nude, the real Calum Hood.

"You don't have to think of that anymore honey," I came in closer to him as I kissed his cheek "because I'm going to love the Calum Hood I can see and feel right now."

Calum hugged me and we're now moving downwards and we can see the lights of the festival. We're now going out of the Ferris wheel, me holding his hands, him holding mine.

"So it's you and I Bee?" he said as we went out.

Then one guy came to us, he's the operator of the Ferris wheel we rode.

"It's you and this guys." He interrupted as he handed out the blue envelope to Calum and me.
