Andrea's POV
I will be meeting my friends in a steak house restaurant sa isang Mall. I decided that we should meet at 6 in the evening, pero parang ako pa yata itong late? Ugh. I hate being late and they know that, it's just that may emergency meeting kasi kanina sa office and my presence is really needed
In demand ang Tita niyo
For all I know, Gelli's nose is already fuming with anger, idagdag mo pa itong traffic na walang pinagbago. As I reached the restaurant, I immediately parked my car and walked as fast as I could, nakakahiya din naman kasi sa kanila, I was the one who set the date and time, but I was the one who's late. Great!
"At dumating din si Madam" Angel said while crossing her arms after looking at her wristwatch "7:00 PM" she added. "I'm really sorry girls, may emergency meeting kasi and dumagdag pa yung traffic" I said and kissed their cheek before sitting on a vacant chair.
"Asus! Baka ibang ka meeting yan ha? Hahaha" Carmina added at nagsiapiran naman silang tatlo including Gelli, I just looked at them na tawang-tawa "kayo, puro talaga kayo kalokohan. Let's order na nga" I said as I get the menu book and looked at the different food that they offer. Actually, I'm not yet hungry eh pero kakain nalang din ako para pagdating sa condo eh diritso tulog na
"We'll wait for my sister muna, nagpasundo kasi ako sa kanya dahil wala akong dalang kotse, pero mag order na tayo, I'll just include her" mahaba niyang sabi. I haven't met her sister pero sila Angel at Carmina, Oo, they used to stay at Gelli's house in way back time, eh ako bahay-paaralan lang eh.
While waiting to our order, nag kumustahan muna kami nila Angel, Gelli and Carmina "So how's life Atty? Madami ka sigurong poging clients no?" Gelli asked while resting her chin on the back of her palm, I just laughed to what she had asked "Hmmm, Gwapo? madami" I answered and tucked my loss hair at the back of my ear. "Ahhhh! Ang landi!" They said in unison and with that I received a jokingly slapped in my arm from Carmina
Ang sakit!
I was about to react when someone interrupted us..
"Mapanakit ka naman Carmina" She said and her eyes become smaller as she smiled at us and sit beside Gelli. She have this short black hair that perfectly suits on her baby pink face. Her pink stripes polo makes her more cool and pretty at the same time. I get back to my senses when Gelli snap her fingers in front of my face.
"Gelli tutusukin mo ba ang mata ko?" I said and rolled my eyes on her "Tutusukin ko talaga yang malaking mata mo dahil kanina pa ako nagsasalita dito eh hindi ka nakikinig, nakatulala ka lang. Bangag ka ba te?" She exclaimed and rolled her eyes on me. Aba't, gumanti ang loka!
"Pfft!" Gelli's sister. Napatingin naman ako sa kanya and raise my eyebrow on her. Imbes na awatin ang kapatid niya eh, natawa pa siya? Masaya teh?
"So sis? You already knew Carmina and Angel ofcourse, so this is Andrea, she's our classmate too pero hindi nagawi yan sa bahay dahil strict yung parents niya. Andrea, si Janice kapatid ko" mahabang tugon ni Gelli. Akala ko eh bukas na siya ng umaga matatapos eh, sa haba ba naman ng explanation niya? Haha. Janice held her hand for a shakehands, nasa graduation ba tayo para makipag shakehands? De joke lang hehe. Syempre, tinanggap ko naman ito ng maayos. Hindi pala salita si Janice while si Gelli eh parang may sabon sa bibig, bola ng bola -__-
We started eating and I'm just being silent observing this girl infront of me. She's really cute kahit na medyo may serious side siya. She's really a mysterious person. I fished my phone on my pocket when I felt that it's vibrating, someone's calling.
"Excuse Me. I'll just answer this call"
It's Claire my secretary. Maaga kasi akong umalis ng opisina kaya hindi ko na nahintay ang mga papeles na kailangang pirmahan "Just leave it on my table Claire. Thanks" I ended the call at bumalik sa table namin.
"Boyfriend?" Angel asked, I just smiled bitterly "Alam mong wala ako nun" I said and continue eating my food. "Maghanap kana kasi" Angel said at natawa naman silang lahat except for Janice who is also busy eating her steak, parang bata naman kung kumain to.
"Girls, hindi yan hinahanap. Kusa yang darating" I said to them habang nakangiti
"That's right" Janice said out of nowhere. I looked at her in disbelief, it's just that hindi ko lang naisip na sasali siya sa usapan namin, though she's with us but she's silent kasi.
After our dinner, pansin ko na grabe si Angel kung makapulupot ang kamay niya sa braso ni Janice, is there something romantic going on with them? Well, it's not my business anymore. Naglakad lakad muna kami sa loob ng Mall at baka may matipuhan kami, I'm checking my emails habang naglalakad ng matapilok ako bigla.
"Careful" I looked at Janice who is now holding my waist and assisted me to stand up properly. "Are you okay?" She asked worriedly, she was about to check my feet ng lumayo ako ng konti at muntik na naman akong matumba.
Letche naman eh!
"Ang arte kasi" She commented. I looked at her with frown and rolled my eyes "ang hilig mong umirap" She added. Tinignan ko na naman siya ng masama
"kaya ko na kasi" lumayo ako ng konti at dahan-dahang naglakad pero ang sakit talaga ng paa ko kaya paika-ika akong naglalakad, hello? Ikaw kaya matapilok wearing 2 inches heels, hindi ba masakit -_- I felt a hand suddenly wrapped on my waist, I was about to react when I saw that it was Janice "Magpapaalalay ka o itutulak kita, you choose" she said seriously
Akala ko pa naman mabait to, magkapatid nga sila ni Gelli, sarap pag umpugin eh "Oo na! May choice pa ba ako eh hawak mo na ako" napatitig naman siya sa akin after I said that. Ugh, did I say something wrong? She didn't answer and continue to assist me while walking. Medyo inches away na kasi sila Gelli kaya hindi nila namalayang naiwan pala kami, not until Angel turned around and saw us.
"What happened Andrea? Bakit paika-ika ka?" Angel asked and I was about to answer when Janice but-in "Hindi kasi tumitingin sa dinadaanan, yan tuloy buti nga" She commented at nauna ng maglakad. Feeling ko umuusok na ang ilong ko sa pagkapikon sa kanya. Bwesit! Kanina lang kung maka "Are you Okay?" Tapos ngayon?! Uggghhh! Makakaganti din ako sayo makikita mo.
"Paano ka uuwi niyan Mars?" carmina asked. Naupo kami sa isa sa mga bench dito sa Mall while Gelli is massaging my feet habang yung kapatid niya ayun sa kabilang upuan, sitting-pretty while scrolling her phone. Tss!
"I can manage naman Mars. Kaya ko na. Okay na Gelli, thanks"
"You sure?" Gelli asked at napatango lamang ako bilang sagot. Hinatid na nila sa parking at inalalayan akong sumakay sa sasakyan. Carmina asked me one more time if I am really fine, okay lang naman kasi ako hindi naman na siya masyadong masakit. Pag uwi ko sa bahay ehohot compress ko lang to and okay na.
"Ingat Andrea. Tanga ka pa naman" Janice Added before she get in on her car. Ang sarap batuhin ng Mineral water eh. I wonder if may kasintahan to, sa ugali niyang yan? Medyo malabo, walang magtatagal sa ganyang klaseng ugali
