Video Game Rush

New Console

No One's POV:

It was a few months after the party. Izuku was getting bored of movies, going out to eat, and the small bit of training he does with Katsuki. He was bored.

Izuku's POV:

I'm so bored. When will Kacchan be home? I got up off the couch and went to the kitchen counter where my phone was charging. I open my phone to see a message. It's Kacchan. I wonder why he texted me?

- Hey nerd I won't be home till late today. Aizawa said he needs help with his classroom. The old man can't clean it himself -

I laugh at my phone. Of course, Aizawa needs help... What could I do while Kacchan is away? I guess I'll go to the store, window shop maybe.

I unplug my phone, put on my shoes, and rush out the door. When I get to the store it's so busy! I just use my float quirk to get around. I look around a bit at the food and children's toys, but then, in the corner of my eye, I spot the video games. should I get a video game console? Maybe there's some two player games me and Kacchan could play on our days off! I float down to get a closer look at the consoles. There weren't a lot of options, but the Xbox caught my eye, I grabbed it and walked to a self check out. 489.99!!?? That's a bunch of money out of my savings... I scan it, put it in the bag, and leave.

I'm walking back home to see me and Kacchan's car at a gas station. Is he in there? Probably getting snacks for another movie night. I'm going to scare him! I hop in the back seat of the car. I'll get him good for sure!-

He gets in the front, I shoot down, and he reaches his hand out to put a bag in the passenger seat. I can hear the keys, and then I feel the car start. He drove home away from the gas station and started playing music. After a while, I hear him start singing along with the song golden hour. He sounds so nice, why doesn't he sound like this when talking to our friends?

It's been a while since we left the gas station, so I started to wonder where we're going. I try to look out the window to see where we are at, and it's completely dark out. *Crinkle* shit shit shit, "WHO THE FUCK-" Kacchan yells. "KACCHAN DONT FUCKING CRASH THE CAR ITS JUST ME!" The car stops swerving.

(5 minutes later izuku moved to the front seat)

"Izuku." Kacchan says quietly.

"Yes, kacchan?" He starts to slow down and suddenly pulls over.

"Kacchan? What are you doing-?"

"Why would you do that, you scared the shit outta me. If you were someone else you would've been dead." He looks over at me, it's hard to see but his red eyes have a slight glow in the moonlight.

"I-i don't know... I wanted to scare you but as soon as I made that noise I had realized it was a bad idea. I won't do it again I'm sorry Kacchan..."

"It's okay. I just need 5 minutes before I start driving again..." he sighs.

"If you need me to drive I can-" I say before I'm cut off.

"Absolutely not, the last time you drove you accidentally stopped at a 4 way intersection. Guess what happened afterwards?"

"I don't know?.. I don't remember..." I think as hard I can but I just can't seem to remember.

"You were in the hospital for 5 days, that's why you can't remember." He looks away from me and gets the car out of park.

We get home and exit the vehicle, as we walk inside he sees I also have a bag.
