Sunset had been silent for weeks after the fall formal, where she had turned into a literal she-demon. Twilight Sparkle had forgiven her and had given her a second chance. Canterlot High differed from Princess Twilight.

I'm aware nobody will care. I ruined school for everyone. I know that. I am really sorry to all of you. I am leaving this world and returing to Equestia. Goodbye.

She left and went through the portal, unaware that it was somehow open.

"Pirincess Celestia," Sunset quickly bowed. "I am so sorry."

"Sunset Shimmer," Celestia's voice was soft. "I Have missed you."

"I'm very sorry." Suset responded. "I just wanted... well..."

"Power," The princess finished. "But I see that you'ce changed."

"Thank you, Princess." Shimmer replied "I know I messed up."

"Why did you come here, if you don't mind me asking?" Celestia asked.

"I...I was tired of that world. I was having trouble coping with everyone hating me. I know I deserve it though. I just wanted a true second chance. The only people in Equestria who know me are you and Princess Twilight."

"While that is true, I Can assure you that they will learn to trust you." Princess Celestia answered.

"Princess, I've been their biggest bully for the last three years." Shimmer responded. "I Want to believe that I'm worth it,but I can't."

"Perhaps. you would like to join Twilght as my student? I'm more than willing to give you a second chance."

"Really?" she asked.

"Really." Celestia noddd.
