Arthur Barclay, a young man of exceptional intellect but lacking much empathy, had always been a master of manipulation. His intelligence allowed him to wear a mask of humility and charm, deceiving those around him into believing he was a saint. His dedication to volunteering and involvement in the community were not driven by genuine compassion, but rather by a calculated desire to maintain his perfect facade.

Growing up in a wealthy and influential family, Arthur was groomed for success from an early age. He saw love, money, and success as tools to be used for his benefit, rather than as sources of genuine fulfillment. This skewed perspective on life would ultimately lead him down a dark and twisted path.

When he committed the gruesome 15 murders, including those of his own parents, Arthur displayed a chilling level of detachment from the consequences of his actions. To him, taking credit for these heinous crimes was a matter of asserting his superiority and avoiding any potential rivals. His belief that "plagiarism" was a greater offense than murder revealed his skewed moral compass and a mind that valued intellectual prowess above all else.

Once in the courts, Arthur's high intellect continued to serve him well. He manipulated the legal system by claiming insanity, a move carefully calculated to save himself from the electric chair. He further exploited his parents' legal teachings to present himself as a victim of abuse, all while tarnishing their reputation in the process.

This legal maneuvering landed him in a peculiar mental institution named Briarcliff, which would become his new dwelling and, surprisingly, a source of joy for him.

A significant event rocked the residents of Briarcliff, even the rats were aware of it. Two notorious serial killers were being transferred to the institution, where they would remain until the courts reached their verdicts and diagnoses.

One was known as Bloody Face, real name Kit Walker, infamous in their small town for decapitating three women. He had been captured and was now en route to Briarcliff to face the consequences.

The second, known as the Carnage Killer, was none other than Arthur Barclay. His modus operandi involved poisoning his victims with Delphinium flowers and turning their corpses into macabre works of art. He too was detained and on his way to Briarcliff.

The vehicle carrying these monsters arrived in front of the institution, drawing the attention of nuns and orderlies. The atmosphere was tense as the vehicle doors swung open, revealing Kit Walker and the enigmatic Arthur Barclay. Their auras were distinct; one seemed bewildered, while the other exuded confidence. Oddly enough, it was the teenager who appeared more intimidating than the grown man.

The newcomers were subjected to the institution's strict protocols, including a thorough examination, de-liced, and being secured to their beds.

Then, a nun entered the room with unwavering confidence.

"I understand this process can be trying," she remarked. "However, it's nothing compared to the ordeals you both inflicted upon your victims."

"Sister, I didn't kill anyone," Kit protested.

"The guards have entrusted your care to me, not for rehabilitation but as a holding measure until the courts decide your fates. This is not a mere storage facility; here, you will seek repentance in the eyes of the Almighty God."

"There is no God," Kit said. "Not a God who would create the things I witnessed."

"Your story of extraterrestrial beings won't hold here."

"They weren't human; they were monsters."

"All monsters are human. You're a monster. I wonder, did your victims' flesh slide off the bone any easier than your other victims?"
