Ingredients:
Kurmura
5-6 Curry leaves
2 normal green chilli
Roasted peanuts
2 chopped Tomatoes
Lemon.

1) Seive  the Kurmura (mamra) and wash it two times ⏲️ . Make sure they are not too wet.
In the meantime,
2) In a pan, take 2 big tablespoon oil.
3)When oil gets a little hot, add cumin, black mustard seeds,  a pinch of asafoetida,  5-6 piece of curry leaves.
4) Then we will add some roasted peanuts, it is completely optional if you are allergic to it. Also add 2 chopped green chilli .
5) When our peanut is little bit brown in color,  we will add the finely chopped tomatoes and give all the masala a good mix.
6) As it is a jain recipe,  we will add 1/2 spoon of sugar,  salt to taste, and a little bit Haldi for colour.
7) Add our kurmura in the pan, and squeeze some lemon juice and mix.

Our kurmura Pooha is ready to serve. Serve it with chopped coriander leaves on top.
