Izuku is considered the most beautiful woman in the world. She has a well-proportioned figure. She is very tall and slender with long black hair that extends past her waist with locks of hair that frame her face down to her chin and shows off her high forehead, dark brown eyes with long, voluminous eyelashes and pale skin. She has a narrow waist and very large breasts, and with serpent earrings.
When first introduced, she wore a revealing red V-neck blouse that showed much of her chest and a loose sarong that exposed her long, slender legs with the green symbol of the Kuja adorned on it, along with a white cape sporting epaulettes more commonly found on the jackets of high-ranking Marines, and red high heel pumps.
Devil Fruit: Izuku ate the Mero Mero no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her petrify people into stone statues, so long as they feel attraction for her. She can completely turn people to stone by hitting them with any of a variety of heart-shaped long-range attacks, as well as partially transforming them by striking them physically, only petrifying the area she struck.
Thanks to Izuku's unparalleled beauty and charm, very few people (male and female alike) can resist her powers, allowing her to petrify whole groups of people with no difficulties. Even extremely powerful people are vulnerable to her power if they find Hancock attractive.
She can also return her victims to normal if she chooses by blowing a kiss. Only she can undo the effects of her power. If she dies, the next user of the Mero Mero no Mi would not be able to free her victims.
A would-be victim is immune to Hancock's power if they block out their "dirty thoughts", such as by feeling strong fear or pain, or if they are simply not attracted to her, such as a blind man not knowing how beautiful she is.
Quirk: Izuku was born with two quirks, being thanks to her father's quirk that boasted only her quirk factor, but also helping in making a dormant quirk from her grandmother appear in her
Her first quirk is float. This allows her to levitate and float in the air. However, due to it mutating, she also can make others float if she desires, though this puts more strain on her and is usually for saving others.
Her second quirk is a mixture of telepathy. She gains the ability to read the minds of others and know what their thinking of, but also allowing her to manipulate their thoughts or worse. This helps her devil fruit a lot.

- Luffy doesn't really get it, but enjoys Boa's company a lot and that she believes he can be number one hero easily, though she had mental breakdown after trying to decide either to follow Luffy or Izumi.
Ace and Sabo made fun of Luffy for years for not noticing Izuku's advances, to the point that they both agreed it was actually hurtful to watch.
Most people who see them together, usually jealous guys, usually think Luffy used a mind control quirk on Izuku.
Izuku refers to Luffy as her "darling." Luffy calls her Hammock, though she deals with it, thinking it's generally a name of affection, then him getting it wrong.
Sanji, one of Luffy's friends, has asked Luffy several times his secrets and how he got so lucky.
Association: Hero Association - under the Marine training programme, she was put under Aokiji. They have a brother and sister bond, which has meant that he grew on Izumi as well.
Title of Warlord - she gained the title of Warlord after helping Aokiji beat a prominent villain, which he allowed her to claim the credit. She was given the rank of Warlord and so became the representative of the Hero Association of Mustafa. Technically, she has her own Hero-license. She wants to attend UA to get more friends and find her brother.
Kuja Pirates - this is Izuku's own agency, which is a female dominated agency, though the reason is that she has more say in what her own rules are for it and so is a place for women who wish to be heroes can go and stay. She does accept men, but only those who truly wish to learn and not try to get close to her or anyone else in a sexual way. She has only had one accident their, and that was turning someone to stone and throwing them out of her office's window. She called them pirates because she found badass.
Her agency is found in a private area of Mustafa where she has perfect areas to help train any quirk. Most who come over find a permanent residence there, which created their own little community. She gained the title snake princess there.
All Might also helped start it and sometimes visits, where he usually talks to Izuku for hours and just has father and daughter moments. He may or may not spoil her, too, but you didn't hear that.
Izumi has been over a lot herself, always fascinated by her own sisters residence. It's practically a second home to her. Everyone there loves her, and they even call her Snakelet Princess.
Luffy generally lives there at this point and lives with Izuku, who, most of the time, is trying to fight her blushes and screaming that she is practically married to her darling. He still doesn't get it but treats her well. He even tried to learn manners to impress Izuku one time, to which she prominently blacked out.
Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold are basically sisters to Izuku and Izumi and sisters themselves. Both had been slaves and were going to be sold into the black market until Izuku saved them on a misson with Aokiji. She started the Kuja Pirates with just them and built it up. They are both loyal to her and listen to her commands with the utmost respect, which Izuku sometimes is displeased with. Though they do act like sisters most of the time, mostly with how they used to tease Boa on her crush and relationship advice. They are both cousins of Tsuyu thanks to their transformation quirks that turn them into snakes.
